So fun fact: In later seasons no one is longer sent home hungry, apparently if both teams are kicked out mid service they have backup cooks who will finish the remaining tickets.

It's not even a real restaurant. The people that go there aren't actual paying customers. It's filled with people that are affiliated with the production staff, Fox or extras. No one made reservations and paid a tab. If you are just a regular person you can't get in there.

I’ll be honest, the moment that churned my stomach the most from Hell’s Kitchen from pure grossness was hands down in season 5 when Seth, with the already filthy rag that was on his shoulder, wiped his face with it before proceeding to then wipe a pan with it a split second later. Thank god that Ramsay immediately saw what he did, kicked him out of the kitchen for it, and even that he was eliminated that night, but honestly, if I were Chef in that moment, I wouldn’t have just sent him back to the dorms, I would’ve ejected him from the competition right then and there. Just repulsive.

I hate when people complain to the wait staff or Ramsay about waiting for x amount of time. _Everyone_ knows food hasn’t gone out fast enough or at all in some cases. *Everyone knows.* It’s your fault for being dumb af and sitting in a restaurant for *two hours.* Leave??? You’re in LA, I’m quite sure there are many restaurants around
And that guy yelling at JP. Ooooo a doctorate in _music._ Congrats, go play me River Flows in You by Yiruma in the corner and shut up. Reminds me of one time at my job. I work retail. Our jewelry department doesn’t have an associate working there at all times so if a customer wants to see something in a case, someone else on the floor has to get the keys and help them. The cashiers normally ask if they want to see something in the case or if they want any of the other pieces of jewelry, the costume jewelry you can just grab off the display and go. If they want that, they no associate has to be called from somewhere else to help them. Super simple. But then there was this one lady I had to help. She went on about how offended she was because one of the cashiers asked her that question. Talking about how it isn’t fair to assume she can’t afford the jewelry in the cases because she’s black and she has three degrees, blah blah blah. The cashier that asked her if she needed help was black, I am black. Most of the staff on the store is black. So I dunno what that was about. The cashier that asked if she needed help _also_ had a degree. Most of the people have degrees or are in school and want either something else to do or some extra cash so they work at the store. I hate when people think they’re better than us retail workers when they don’t know anything about anyone there. And if you have three degrees and all this money, why aren’t you shopping downtown at Tiffany’s for your jewelry instead of Kohl’s 🤔🤔 I hate people with degrees lmao

Why was there even rancid items in HK? I get that chefs shpuld always check but isnt it the responsibility of the HEAD CHEF (ie Ramsey) or even his next in commands to maintain quality items?

You have the voice of one of those clickbait list channels but you actually have a personality that cares about what you're talking about and actually has opinions. It's nice! Also not dissing your voice, it's really good! Just has a similar intonation.

24:10 - I can’t blame the guy for eating the rejects. I heard that they hardly get any time to eat whilst filming and they are too exhausted to cook something proper. That is why they get so excited then they get a spa day prize, it’s like their only chance to actually relax and eat. I get quite sad when they undercook steak and have to do a new one. I don’t think I’d be able to throw it away, I’d have to get some clothes with big pockets or I could shove them in my bra, move over. chicken fillets, here comes the cow fillet 🤷‍♀️ so I could rescue them and eat them later 😄

Whether or not it was Michael, Chef Ramsay states he took that idea and ran with it because it was genius! Production probably loved the idea too, to add drama.

Don't know if anyone else does this but when I watch a season I like to look up who wins and just watch. It is hilarious to watch everyone smack talk and talk shit about each other when you know for a fact that not of those people will win. Season 10 perfect example. Lets just say they winner didn't get as much screen time then all the others. I was laughing the whole time.
