Nailed it! We bought an abandoned storage unit

Welcome to Storage Chasers! Todays adventure took us up to Columbia SC for a manager unit. We bid on this unit 2 weeks ago when it was first posted and forgot about it. We thought that we would get outbid on our small $30 bid. To our surprise we got the call from the facility that we won it. It has several tools that we saw and hoped would be worth the $30 plus. We ended up with three framing nail guns that we will test and list for most of the profit as well as some unique items that will take some research to figure out the best resell options. A couple of the items might be able to be returned to the local big box store for store credit and that could be a really good thing for help with some of our home improvement projects.
