Very good Demo covering multiple points in a short video and a clear voice - Some small mishaps explained: 1) In the Scheduling Policy you seemed to have skipped adding the Availability Rule hence you scheduled into a time the resource was not even working 2) Since the WO was created without a location and only attributed to London you would inherit its location - hence the 0 travel to get to the SA 3) When choosing the type of Absence you chose Break which is a problematic choice since the system tries to re-organize the breaks according to the resources Availability Rule possibly taking off your Absence - choosing Non-Availability would have been a better choice 4) After the Non-Availability was created if the Availlbity rule was in the domain you could have shown that the earliest Slot found would have been the following day 26th instead of 25 that was initially returned 5) Emergency is finding availability on top of the Absence (again showing that the Availbity rule was missing) 6) *If you do not find appointments* I recommend you Drag the order to the spot, wait and use check rules - If you see a rule violation that rule explains why that option was not found

Some small mishaps explained:
1) In the Scheduling Policy you seemed to have skipped adding the Availability Rule hence you scheduled into a time the resource was not even working
2) Since the WO was created without a location and only attributed to London you would inherit its location - hence the 0 travel to get to the SA
3) When choosing the type of Absence you chose Break which is a problematic choice since the system tries to re-organize the breaks according to the resources Availability Rule possibly taking off your Absence - choosing Non-Availability would have been a better choice
4) After the Non-Availability was created if the Availlbity rule was in the domain you could have shown that the earliest Slot found would have been the following day 26th instead of 25 that was initially returned
5) Emergency is finding availability on top of the Absence (again showing that the Availbity rule was missing)
6) *If you do not find appointments* I recommend you Drag the order to the spot, wait and use check rules - If you see a rule violation that rule explains why that option was not found

@@yamuna5567 Try creating new scheduling policy and add resource availability work rule to it. After creating, assign it as default scheduling policy.
