Seems like I've got a recipe for just about any occasion, these days. I've got about 300 video recipes posted here on UA-cam now and that includes Asian, Italian, Mexican, Cajun, Indian and many other worldly foods. Not to mention all of the classic American or Americanized foods you can find in the USA. My recipe genres break down into some wonderful playlists; Appetizers, Soups and Salads, Pasta and Sauce recipes, Seafood or Chicken recipes. Also Holiday, Barbecue and Party recipes and a whole lot more. So be sure to take a good look at my channel and watch more videos because there's a whole lot more coming your way! - Навчання та стиль
Love how quick and concise the video was. Watched 100% of it and really enjoyed it. Liked and subscribed.
Awesome, thx! 🙏☺ 🍻
Amazing, just brilliant!! Best video I have seen all year.
Yeah?? SWEET!!!
Thanks for watching
This video was awesome and perfect for me. I have been wanting to smoke ribs on my gas grill. Thank you for the knowledge and the video!!!!
No problem! 🍻
Dayum!! Ribs always seem to kick my ass for some reason, but this looks amazing! Thanks for sharing, and of course, Cheers!!!
Great video, so easy to follow, thank you.
My pleasure ☺ 🍻
Genius! just awesome

My pleasure ☺ 🍻

You are so welcome
The poor man that enriches your life.
Good sir this video is a two run homer over center. The sriracha + garam masala is the bomb. Dang brilliant, never seen anything like it. I'll be trying that with naan for the jus and a cucumber yogurt salad. Don't fret the smoke ring. I know that pellet tube put plenty smoke on them ribs. Thanks for sharing
Sounds good. The Garam Masala ribs are great with bbq sauce, too. The Jus is great for dipping but it also makes a Helluva dirty rice. Something to consider...
Good-looking ribs for cooking on a gas grill 🍻
Easier to do, too! 🍻
I'm making this tomorrow night
Why not?!!🍻
I made some with a mixture of pineapple preserves and Hawaiian BBQ sauce glaze. They flew off the cutting board.
Nice
Great stuff as usual. But what r u going to do with the juice of the ribs?I would probably pour them back on ribs. But curious what you doing.
Yes, dip the ribs or save it for sauteeing anything for more flavor or even use it to make dirty rice, etc..
I'll take two mustard and black pepper ribs, pretty please! 😁👍❤
As you should!
After you put them back on the grill after being wrapped, did you raised the temperature for the 1.5 hr cook time?
No or would have mentioned it.
I just happened on this video. I know it is 2 years old. However my burners run side to side 4 in total. I presume I can duplicate the effort using just burner #1 with the pellet smoke sitting on that burner, or should I use burner 1 and 4 for an indirect from 2 side?
Just use 1.
could you use just plain bbq sauce from the store basted on them?
Barbecue sauce is usually used as a condiment after the ribs are smoked, not during. If you want a barbecue sauce rib recipe that's easy, try this: ua-cam.com/video/NMVqmbfgsLo/v-deo.html
I may try this, how much gas do you think was used?
You're not going to believe this but I've already smoked 3 briskets(different occasions), these 2 racks of ribs(at the same time), filmed and grilled the sausage and McMuffin video I posted(separate time), 3 ribeye steaks(same time), a Tomahawk steak(different time) and some hamburgers all on the same 20 lbs tank of gas. Pretty sure I'm almost empty now though but still... that's 8 times already of slow and low steady use. I just barely crack the tank valve open and run slow and low and the tank lasts a shockingly long amount of time.

I noticed you only opened the gas valve about a quarter or half turn.
@@PMGK I do the same quarter turn, I appreciate your response thanks
OMG….just cracking the gas open is GENIUS!!! I could not get two burners to 280 with valve fully opened. Tried different combos and nothing….until this!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Thank you!!
Do those gloves protect against the heat?
Quite a bit, actually.
@@PMGK do you have a brand or place you like to get the gloves?
Not particularly. I just buy the cheapest I can find on Amazon. Just be sure to order the right size. I buy XL
amzn.to/3Orc90k This is them.
DANG LOOKING GOOD BROTHER LETS EAT YALL. WHAT U GOT FER A CHARCOAL GRILL BROTHER LOL
Same concepts for Charcoal... indirect heat, same time and temp.
@@PMGK THANK YOU I WILL TRY IT LOL
I want to try that second rack recipe. Looks too good not too. UA-cam needs to hurry up with smellovision.
Straight Cumin is excellent too, if you're a fan of the seasoning.
@@PMGK interesting. I’ll look into that. Thanks
God damn
🤔
I couldnt watch the end, dont have money to buy ribs today
😔
