My favorite color visualization in perfumery! I knew it had something to do with Roxo as well giving they present it as to be all things purple 😁
Cuir cannage, Great Britain and RDHP15 from roja, Areej’s cuir de russie and cuirtis, probably Iris ghalia from Ensar but I more time with it, to name a few atop of my head as for fav purples 🐏😁

There was this friend of mine who was selling his entire collection. In it, the most rare perfumes you can imagine. One of them was Myths Man. He told me to spray it. It was a very cold winter night. The type that makes you breath smoke. I sprayed and instantaneously a big smile grew on my face and happiness radiated from my demeanor. I told him, "What's this shit man?!" That shit was not for sale. One year later, I found someone willing to sell his bottle. And I must tell you, Myths Man, from the first smell was like that guy whom you became long friends with from the first meet-up. That guy is a purple/greenish/yellow dragon that rides the wind on diamond sparkly clouds.
I think it's my favourite scent.

Ensar has some of the best purple compos I've experienced! Those are unmatchable in their purpleness IMHO... naming few..

If purple had a smell, for me it would 100% be Nombre Noir. (I'm such an 80's kid at heart.)
Great video! Fun list. I have been drooling over the Hermes Hiris bottle for a long time! I need to check out more Roja perfumes, but they are so expensive they scare me. I am definitely going to pick up a few of the ones on this list
I still have never smelled nombre noire...I need to fix that issue

More than one Amouage needed time for me to appreciate it, Overture is my one of them and maybe my fav so far from the house
Great list and probably the most intresting is Myths, i started to appreciate it more these past few days, because the drydown becomes wearable. Glad i bought it after seeing your initial review. I will post a review on my own of myths the next days, i'm pumped to wear it more often.

Hey Ramsey, another great video. You might want to try Nabeel Maghateer it's an affordable niche fragrance that, for me, puts a lot of the current niche fragrances to shame.

The fragrance that makes me think purple is Hommage A L'Homme from Lalique. It's a cheapie but a great violet scent.

I like the topic! You should do a color series, that's a great idea. I feel the most purple with grey flannel on is my pick. .Also the Lolita lempicka original formulation woman's release is pretty good too. It smells the homme version but with apple. Almost like it could be a Armani code flanker but has Annicks trademark spice in it.
Have you tried Rochas monsieur concentrate? It seems your taste, I just got a hold of a bottle. It starts very mellow thought it lost its smell, but it takes about 10 minutes to kick in, then it's this deep Rich mahogany wood dry down. Similar to polo green but different. Very natural, very long lasting.

Some other purple scents are Initio parfums Addictive vibrations, bond no 9 Bleeker str, Ralph Lauren purple label, dunhill icon.

I always associate purple with iris. Not the dry, papery type nor the earthy orris root. I am talking the luxurious velvety iris. I also associate purple with high end, premium products. Cheers 🐏
