I had severe acne issue. Mine healed with therepy. Some acne
are connected to your emotional and psychological wellbeing. I forgave my dad in therepy. I cried for 2 hours after that my skin changed. It changed within 2 hours. Now I have pimple scars but no pimples. I haven't changed my diet, I hardly drink water, I dont sleep time. But havent gotten a pimple ever since😊
