From what i have seen in my local shops is that they dont. But have seperate cutter for vegetarian, meat and gluten free.

Take a piece of cardboard, pour expired ketchup on it and put fake plastic looking cheese on top.
Do yourself a favor and get pizza from a real pizza joint, not some garbage fast food place.
