@@MoslehiSchool im having the same issue as this guy. everytime I try to click something after hitting SHIFT RESTART it asks me to select an account. When I select the account it asks me for a password and I'm trying to reset that password. I've been wanting to reset my PC so I can sell it and without this password I cant even RESET the computer.

Enter the command related to resetting your user password in the command prompt after troubleshooting . I mean after restarting system by shift+restart.
