I have a SPRO and like 5 different weighted swim baits, Identical to these.. It's pretty common, you don't have to shell out 20 dollars for one of these, plenty of companies makes cheaper equivalents..
I've started using these exact bait (perch and roach style) and I swear by them one of if not the best baits I've used I am planning on gettin a lot more if different styles the movement is just amazing
Actuaaly u can buy it in every fishing shop, i dont know about sweden, but we already have tje izumi shad alive in latvia and this lure works amazing..
They actually do work in certain situations. I've presented normal lures in front of some pike that have seen heavy pressure and didn't get them to bite. Then I threw one of these jointed lures and got a hit a few seconds later.
looks like something worth investing in....i am a native Floridian now living up north in Mass.....the striper season up here in PHENOMENAL and i bet this lure would kill 'em.....
i like the action on this but here is one important thing. i prefer the spro bbz because when the bait gets hung up on the back hook it no longer swims the spro bbz has one treble and the body still swims when treble has gunk on it with back treble being on the jointed part that's not posible
There are a lot of people who would disagree. I've seen a lot of big fish caught on swimbaits. I'm personally a soft plastic (mainly senkos) kind of person but there's a lot of people who swear by realistic lures. And there's different things that work better for different weather, and environment. An earthworm won't always do the trick.
That is ''unreal''- it looks so real! I am really against livebaiting, but know someone who does it, simply as the ''results with Pike are so much better'' than with normal lures or deadbait.
wow..nice action! that flashing effect of that model at 3:25 was insane..! tell me..do they produce saltwater lures aswell?? they would need to be made out of strong quality materials. would love to see them as sardine, ballyhoo, bonito and mullet imitation to start with...also with that shiny flash and the surface action of the lure at 2:43 would be perfect too. what is that body made of? hard foam? anything that survives a wahoo or barracuda bite?
@omerta410 haha, izumi is kind of japanese surname. surely some japanese geeks uses anime character lures handmaded to fish. I just have uploaded kinda vid coz you remind me of , watch it !
but from the video you can see at 6:04 when the fish struggles you can see the lure with only 1 hook attached but at 6:11 the whole lure is sitting perfectly in the mouth.
I got a swimbait like this one made by a company called ABT (its the ABT Phantom Swimbait series) and I catch just as many it as I do Rapala X-Raps and baits of that nature. Granted, Since I bought the ABT Swimbait, I havent fished much of the X-Rap so i havent done a real side-to-side comparison. Either way they're just like ANY bait out there. Fish it at the right place the right way at the right time and you'll catch fish.
Its just a swimbait, there aer alot of lures that will act exactly like this one. the SPRO bbz shad comes to mind, the "S" action reminds me of Savagear's 4play swimbaits
This and other jointed swimbaits can easily out fish a rapala at the right time. Same for a rapala at other times. Got to throw what the fish want. In a pond Im sure a rapala will catch them just fine year round, but not in an actual lake.
it would be nice that when its not moving it floats and when reeling in it dives and single hook where the gills are. if would represent a fish that's dying
@dkell TBH, I'm an avid collector in lures and I personally feel both of these have great action. However, I feel this bait is better than the Spro. plus with it still swimming the way it does with TWO hooks instead of 1 like the Spro, it definitely gets a better rating in my eyes.
NIce lures, but it only takes one pike then game over. You can use a lead but its just not the same. Plus most of these lures cost at least $30 each, That dudes tackle box had to have at least a few hundred dollars worth of lures. I'm broke enough just using rapala's, but it would be nice to have these. Nice video by the way.
I could see it being useful in very specific circumstances, but it didn't mock fish movement very well. Looked a bit too wonky, maybe that was the person's technique demoing it. I don't know.
I disagree with your comment because i have a few of these lures and they work fine i caught a few pike on them with no problems? I'm new to lure fishing and it works fine for me i don't see a problem?
I have a SPRO and like 5 different weighted swim baits, Identical to these.. It's pretty common, you don't have to shell out 20 dollars for one of these, plenty of companies makes cheaper equivalents..
ๅ
these baits are awesome for shallow water bass fishing! very realistic action and patterns-very good lure
I've started using these exact bait (perch and roach style) and I swear by them one of if not the best baits I've used I am planning on gettin a lot more if different styles the movement is just amazing
Уникална примамка за едри хищници ! За момента най-доброто на пазара !
Actuaaly u can buy it in every fishing shop, i dont know about sweden, but we already have tje izumi shad alive in latvia and this lure works amazing..
One of the best baits to fish in the Amazon Brazil.
It also moves like a real fish and its not a toy! Incredible:-)
Not sure the price but i like my " live kicking shad" and they are cheap

I have these lures and they are incredibly effective when fishing for pike and perch
Need to get a couple of these. Love the background music.
i like the action on this but here is one important thing. i prefer the spro bbz because when the bait gets hung up on the back hook it no longer swims the spro bbz has one treble and the body still swims when treble has gunk on it with back treble being on the jointed part that's not posible
The action is as real as it gets on that.
one of the best I've had success with EWMI. rdni are from one of the best.

Great spring/summertime bait. Too sporadic for winter bass fishing.
Video is freaking awesome!
Your swim baits is amazing !
Лайк за подводную съёмку.
That is ''unreal''- it looks so real! I am really against livebaiting, but know someone who does it, simply as the ''results with Pike are so much better'' than with normal lures or deadbait.
That depends a lot on what kind of fish you're trying to catch. I fish in Brazil and I don't think those lures are a waste of money at all.
I got it by amazon!
Small type is good at tough condition!
And I choice the big(105mm) usual.
Japan,Izumi Shad Alive , thanks!!!

They look so cool swimming like that!
Really fantastic. A very nice record.

You can get these lures cheap on ebay.
They are listed under
"Izumi Shad Alive Live Bait / Real and Natural"
Post worldwide
Is there a saltwater version or just this? Looks great from what I see.
I have one of these and have yet to get a bite also.
Классные приманки! Очень натурально играют
This lure looks very real and life like, looks like it would get very good results on predatory fish :)
actually they work better than rapala lures in my region. stripers and hybrids tend to bite them more. also strike king's red eye shad lure
liked the video, loved the music.
Hi! Thanks for the answer. I live in Milan, Italy.
Smaller one looks the best...just like a shad!
sand with fish puree is best lures ,i just used it today i got many jack fish
i am pretty sure anywhere you go in the world that pike live.. they are one of the top sports fish
actually just bought one, cant wait to use it
These work great on pike and walleyes
These look real! they also look like great pearch ( uk ) lures too! i'd buy them.
ive actually caught a similar looking shad like that on a grub when i was fishing for bluegills!
Здорово, спасибо за видео. Теперь имеем представление что и как.
so life like! if i was a fish i'd eat that for sure
What about rocky river banks and strong current, will this work?
True, but thats a good night bait because of that tail action.
Its just a swimbait, there aer alot of lures that will act exactly like this one. the SPRO bbz shad comes to mind, the "S" action reminds me of Savagear's 4play swimbaits
i saw one of these lure's, but it was like a minnow type, still pretty cool though!
eirikmurito doesn't realize how much fun it is using a lure instead of bait
These would work wonders for fishing for northern pike
Cool Lure, but where are the fish? Video needs a couple 20 pound large mouth bass chasing the lure.
Sorry, I didn't quite get to the end. Finally! A fish ;-)
No body got to the end of this.
***** Now I know there's a fish at the end I'll give it a go'but it's bloody hard going!
hejsan I also live in sweden we have also good stuff to fish with Im pretty sure can find them in JULA shop.
jak dla mnie perfekcyjnie wykonane
If only all fish lived in a no vegetation, crystal clear, weedless water condition like this, I would buy 100 of these.
trés bon leurre, je prend réguliérement du brochet, black-bass et quelques sandre parfois. DELTA FISHING CLUB / centre de pêche ESPAGNE
This and other jointed swimbaits can easily out fish a rapala at the right time. Same for a rapala at other times. Got to throw what the fish want. In a pond Im sure a rapala will catch them just fine year round, but not in an actual lake.

menos mal q as sacao el lucio.....porque si no....... mola mola
looks real!!! but got any bite yet..????
The cameraman's legs must have been tired after shooting this one
I've never caught any fish on Rapala, maybe once or twice, but I got most on STORM and plastic swimbaits.
great lures!
looks nice and would entice fish, but I don't think it would last. Barra in the NT would break those weak hooks and weak hinges
I like the music in this video, its catchy
@dkell TBH, I'm an avid collector in lures and I personally feel both of these have great action. However, I feel this bait is better than the Spro. plus with it still swimming the way it does with TWO hooks instead of 1 like the Spro, it definitely gets a better rating in my eyes.
True, savage gear's 4 play is almost same.
Now thats how u sell a kick ass product .
NIce lures, but it only takes one pike then game over. You can use a lead but its just not the same. Plus most of these lures cost at least $30 each, That dudes tackle box had to have at least a few hundred dollars worth of lures. i lov rafala, bt i want to try ur new izumi live
where can i buy these if i live in sweden? answer is appreciated =)
are these baits also effective in saltwater fishing?
5:07 Now that really looks like a real fish.
Look very sick fish...
thats amazing lure!! can someone tell me where i can buy them?
no worries mate bought one a fair while back
they work great
I could see it being useful in very specific circumstances, but it didn't mock fish movement very well. Looked a bit too wonky, maybe that was the person's technique demoing it. I don't know.
I disagree with your comment because i have a few of these lures and they work fine i caught a few pike on them with no problems? I'm new to lure fishing and it works fine for me i don't see a problem?
Музыка релакс - класс....
That looks like a magnet for little snot rocket pike.
do u use a swivel with a shad?
los mas reales que he visto hasta ahora
saludos desde malaga españa
If you ask me, these lures are designed to hook fisherman than actual fish. A classic Rapala would out-fish this thing hands down!
SPRO BBZ-1 Shad remake pretty much, except this bait has less action than the BBZ shad. Looks like a great lure though
are any of this lures good for saltwater fishing
I wish you could make these in a much larger size, for striper fishing, and a Pogy color.
you'd get bit more if you didnt have that gigantic swivel snap on the front.
cool baits, they look pretty good.
Ба! Знакомые все лица! Неожиданно. )))
It does but the action is just so good to be true
ok thanks ill check that out
lol i like how they lures posted at the end
Very persuasive infomercial: in the duration of the video, jut one fish is caught with the Izumi lure!
Nice video, nice music
What is better this or the BBZ-1?
for some reason I sat here and watched this whole thing. I really don't know why
@abneranalyn I agree!
where do you buy these lures plz awnser
At the end is that what they call a pike gag?
These baits are awesome!! It's too bad they don't sell them in US of A!!
