    wonderful info sir!!! one more doubt that how does temp drops after turbocharger? [i think its due to expansion of gases which does the useful work of rotating the turbine]. secondly how is exh gas of around 1bar able to compress air till 1.2 bar?? [if it is heat energy doing extra work then how is heat energy converted into mechanical ?]

    The diffuser at manifold entry increases the pressure and hence, imcreasing the temperature. You didn't mentioned that.?

    sir can plz tell me what is the inlet temperature of charge air at turbocharger outlet and what is the temperature outlet of intercooler outlet . and what is temperature of cold air entering the inlet of intercooler

      IT WILL BE VERY SIMILAR. But the rate of rise will be determined by the compensators installed in the exhaust system. Remember Exhaust grouping is done in case of pulse type turbocharging.

      Sir ,compensators are only present in pulse type?? is it same like pyrometer which sense the raise of temperature?
