This Property is 15km/9 miles from the town of TOPOLOVGRAD, and 48km/29 miles to HARMANLI. There are 3 airports nearest is BURGAS 136km/84 miles, PLOVDIV 158km/98 miles and SOPHIA 280km/173 miles. The Greece and Turkey boarders are 50k;/30 miles from the village.
You know what though. You need to have a little walk around the village and show people. What's around, to see if its suitable

Is Bulgaria safe for a woman living on her own and how close are amenities
Hi, Yes Bulgaria is very safe for women living on their own, there is very ,very little crime especially in the rural districts. We personally know of a few female expats that are living here on their own and simply love it. Yes the local shop in the village is just a five minute walk from the property, there are four other little shops/bars in the village, and there is also a local market on a Wednesday too. Iv just bought a house not far from here single mum just me and my daughter all the neighbours were lovely came to greet us and they took us to the local shop [called a (magazine) in bulgarian everyone iv met are friendly hope thats a help 🙂

Hi, Yes the House comes with just over 1600sqm of land which is vary flat and fertile.
I don’t think UK citizen is permitted to actually own the land. I think you have to form a company and purchase the land through that. Let me know if I am wrong pls.

Whats the internet like ?
Hi, we haven't connected to the internet at the house , but we do get 5 bars on our mobile phones and always have a really good signal, there will be a few network providers to the village, we will do some further research to find this out. xx

@@lablackzed I do understand, I myself work on line here as well as many other expats that live here. the internet is very reliable and as its not 'over loaded' with use, its very accessible.
Can foreigners buy a house in Bulgaria and live there for a long time? Do I need a right of residence or citizenship to live long-term?
Hi, there is a 90 days in every 180 days clause you need to look in to, especially if you are from a non EU country, We applied for residency before the UK Brexit, we have a five year term until we re apply , then it should go for 10 years.
You needed a new version after Brexit...one year extended to 18 months .to apply for it. Several years ago now!!!!!..the old one isn't valid@@fromfarmtoforeignlifebulgaria
