So my 07 doesn't have a cluster set of buttons. I don't have menu or reset there. I also don't have the push button that's under the speedometer gauge either. So I would I reset this?

There isn't a button on the cluster. It is reset as shown in this video.

I believe the oil life % is just set on a certain mileage, not sure what it is though

You may be right. Haven't dove into it though to see if this was the case.

I am not really sure, this method should reset the oil service interval for you. You may want to try to remove the negative battery cable off of the battery and let the truck sit for 10 minutes then reconnect it to see if it resets something. I have this happen on the Ford Explorer we had, the reset would not take on it..it was annoying to say the least.
