Some fans get caught up with the players too much, and when that player is cut or traded they get angry with the organization. Take the case of Baker Mayfield, when the Browns decided not to move forward with him as the QB, a lot of fans quit rooting for the Browns. I would never stop rooting for the Browns because a player was cut or traded. I have seen too many players come and go over the last 45 years.

I just want to know, why did Stefanski refuse to make changes during the season? Why did he continue switching Chubb out for Hunt and not giving the ball to Chubb 20-25 times per game like all other starting RBs. Why did he continue calling the plays when it was obvious that our offense was struggling to score? I understand waiting to fire Joe Woods until after the season, but the lack of changes on offense during the season just didn't make any sense at all.
