As a seamstress for 60 years, you did GREAT with the ribbon!!! And absolutely no offense was taken! In fact it was my favorite- reminded me of the ribbon candy that we would have at Christmas time♥️♥️♥️🤗 and as another viewer said, Epsom salts works for snow! All of your projects are gorgeousness hon!!! Merry Christmas to you and yours and May God bless you richly!🎄☃️🙏🏽🤗🤗
I too am a seamstress, of 45 years. You did a great job. Also, I have learned that "you do you, Boo"! Do what works for you at the time and with what you have! Love your work!
Ironstone plate probably favorite, but the basket close second. All are really good. Modern in one way and another so traditional. Christmas. Great job.
I love bottle brush trees! All your projects are beautiful! My favorite is the old ironstone plate. The creamy white of the plate & bulbs, with the greens & browns of the trees and pine cones is gorgeous to me. Everything is delightful, Nicole!
I love all of these but I think my favorite is the sweet vintage cup with the green line around the top that you put the pleated red check ribbon. That one is so sweet!
All of these were beautiful! I love all the natural elements with the christmas decorations. The best snow I have found over the years is the "Buffalo Snow" all you need to do is brush on some poly or mode poge, or even the 77 spray glue ( depending on the project) and sprinkle on the snow. It's flaky, fluffy, and you can build up the layers by allowing the glue of choice to dry all the way through first. You are a great creator, I hear a slight bit of worry in your voice. Be encouraged lady, you are amazing!
Love these projects! For snow, I mix Epsom Salts with Dollar Tree snow and a tiny bit of glitter. I've had that plastic kind before - I just mixed small amounts with the Epsom Salts until I used it up. LOVE the mugs and the wood dough bowl. And pinecones make every Christmas decoration beautiful! Lol! ❤
You can use epsom salt for snow. It sparkles just like snow, and is available just about anywhere. I use the plain kind, not the kind with erbs added that has the strong smell. Just keep it up high enough where your smaller kids can't get to it. Merry Christmas, and thanks for the great ideas!
I loved the pleated ribbon inside the mug with the tree -- it would be a great way to not have to glue anything so you could use the mug or redecorate it next year with something else!😁
The product you're thinking of for snow is called Diamond Dust. The OG Diamond Dust is made from ground glass and isn't super safe for kids, but I think there is also a synthetic version that is still very pretty but less sharp and dangerous.
Very sweet .. love the folded ribbon… other bowl filler ideas: I used dried oranges , cranberries/ cinnamon sticks… also tea dyed ripped strips of muslin look nice and low cost to budget… epsom salt has a nice frost look as well…best of luck on your sales as your finished products would be hard to part with!!
Hey girl, I’m taking a pause behind the Christmas trees. They look so beautiful !! I had some snow suggestions for you I feel like I’m a expert, because I have tried every single thing that is out there!! The plastic type snow is perfect, perfect for your Christmas tree. If you want a snowy look, you can build it up to 3 inches it’s absolutely gorgeous for your bottlebrush trees, and I like to use Epson salt and go from there… :-) Just a suggestion, things at work for me. Thank you so much for sharing. You were talking about snow… I have tried every single thing on the market. There’s so many different kinds for whatever your project is. You are so creative.
Lol I think we’re sisters in another world! You craft and store and get involved and lose track of time just like I do! Great video. Thanks for sharing the honesty of a crafter and your imagination! :-) They all are beautiful!!
I absolutely appreciate you sharing your creative process and your thoughts along the way. Very helpful and inspiring. I had to laugh (not at you), but with you as your frustration with the “snow” and the toppling trees were so relatable. Those bottle brush trees are everywhere now and they can be a challenge to match, keep straight and fluffed. New to subscribing. Take care!!
Beautiful projects! I love bottle brush trees too and love how you combined them into different containers. And the pinecones are perfect! I have used epson salts for snow. :)
Hello Nicole, thank you for sharing your wonderful ideas!! Each one was special and I would have a tough time trying to pick a favorite. But, nevertheless 😂 I would choose the cups and the dough bowl and the red bowl. ❤. Sincerely, Diane. Merry Christmas and may God richly bless you and yours.

My favorite was the ironstone with the ball ornaments. So cute!
The simplicity and yet adornment of it was also my favorite. That basket was a close second for me.
Ironstone plate probably favorite, but the basket close second. All are really good. Modern in one way and another so traditional. Christmas. Great job.
I am bottle brush obsessed and love your arrangements💗. Trees and pine cones😂💗🎄

Great save on the ironstone plate!!!!

I know exactly what you mean about that snow. I think I finally found what I was looking for at HL. I think your arrangements are beautiful.

The pleated ribbon was brilliant. I love them all but the bread bowl with the pine cones and the iron stone were my favorites!!
Thanks so much! 😊
I loved the pleated ribbon inside the mug with the tree -- it would be a great way to not have to glue anything so you could use the mug or redecorate it next year with something else!😁
The dough bowl is my favorite and the mugs! I think you did fine with the ribbon. Thanks Nicole 🌲🌲🌲
They all turned out so pretty! I think the ruffle mug is adorable.
I really like the cotton ball or gauze as snow looks nice, salt is good too. Very creative designs for bottle brush trees vignettes.🌲🦌🇺🇲

In a pinch, Epsom salt works well as snow and you can mix glitter in ❄❄❄
They all turned out wonderful 🌲🌲🌲
I love your channel. Your creations are so down to earth.
I was going to comment to add ornaments to the ironstone dish since the snow was junk but you made it there. They all look beautiful. ❤
I am also decorating with bottle brush trees this year. Tgank you so much for the inspiration!
I loved everything you did! Epsom salts makes great snow, especially if you add a little glitter.
The snow you used looked just fine in your video!! Great ideas 🌲
I really really like this idea. Very rustic and charming

Use Epsom salts for the fake snow! It looks great. But I love these. ❤️
You can use Epsom salt for snow. They even have mint scented at the dollar tree.
I love all of these! It gave me great ideas for some containers I have thrifted that I could use!
Great job looks good

Epsom salts, and you can get it in peppermint which is great for christmas.
Great ideas! Thanks for the inspiration and reason not to buy that bagged plastic😉
Could you mix in some glitter with the shredded plastic? What about coating some ornaments with it? Just a couple of thoughts
I picked up that same snow and was very disappointed when I opened it!
You can use epsom salt for snow
Love your ideas. How much would you be asking for the ones you sell.
Try Epsom salt for that snowy look
Try epsom salts
I have used epsom salt for fake snow in the past. just a fyi
Where do you get bottle brush trees without the base?
And what is the pricing on those?
Have you tried aging your bottle brush trees? I need a good tutorial
Epsom salts
