No one puts sour milk in a burger, they simply weren't aware that the English term for Serbian "pavlaka" is "sour cream", and that's what most people put as a condiment to a burger here, along with onions and chili flakes/Serbian chilli sauce. However, it's different than one you can find in the States - our sour cream condiments can come together with pickled mushrooms/stir-fried mushrooms/sesame seeds/small bits of chicken/, or you can simply get sour cream without anything in it. This place in particular had only sour cream, while most places (at least in the South) have sour cream + one of the listed condiments. PS: if you can find a burger place that has urnebes as a condiment (no eng. translation available, but it's cheese/chili flakes/olive oil/garlic flakes all mixed together into a uniform substance), you should definitely add that as well. It's brilliant.
