Donde es Agua fría?
There's quite a lot to enjoy with this band - first, their music is amazing in terms of the concepts, the arrangements, the incredible musicianship. Then, their story, being young sisters from Mexico (who have amazing support from their parents) who are evolving as musicians and as individuals for all of us to see. This band is a serious contender in the rock music industry (to me they are the next "The Who") but they are not involved in the kind of debauchery (drugs, etc.) many bands experience. They prove that you don't need these things to seriously rock! It's obvious that the concept of family with them is unquestioned in its importance. Finally, these young women are amazingly interesting and lovable individuals. Each one has their own distinct personality and they're all humble, candid, interesting, intelligent, funny, inspirational and, again, lovable! I am becoming a dedicated fan...
Diablos, ellas rompen todo el estereotipo del rockero malo, drogas, etc. Ellas son chicas comunes y corrientes pero con un enerme talento. Sin duda alguna se han convertido en el mejor grupo de rock de México de la historia y quizá suene exagerado pero si lo dudan, escuchen sus 3 LP's.
Van a misa y rezan antes de los shows.
Eso ya las pone muy lejos del estereotipo xd

Dany & Pau surely is an extrovert. Ale is an introvert. Love you Girls so much.
you girls are so awsome! It's cute seeing you fumbling to speak or at a loss for words... when you sing so confidently... it reminds us that you are still young and only been at this for a a relatively short time. I will always look forward to hearing you beautiful young ladies sing and perform! thank you for all you do!
Young Ale, on what she would do differently if she could tell her younger self: "Work more and do more exercise to be able to withstand the show".
That's the spirit! That's another example of why these girls are becoming legends.
Pau's comments about losing songs brings back many memories. I cannot count the times that I have woken up in the middle of the night in order to write down some lyrics, or to play a melody line. If one were to contemplate such a process it is amazing to think about how many songs may have been written in such a way over the eons. I have woken up, wrote down what I could , and then went back to sleep. Sometimes you can get a really great idea, and other times you look at it in the light of day and think, "what in the world is this garbage". I have often wondered how many great songs have been lost due to not having the ability to transcribe a song under differing circumstances, at the moment it presents itself. I had back surgery once and was under the gas for 7 hrs. I had never written down any of my material and just kept it in my head. It came to pass that I had "lost" 17 songs permanently. I had the song list with the titles wrote down, but could not remember the lyrics, or music to them. 15 years worth of work..... just gone............ Inspiration can come at any time, so it is a very good idea to keep a notepad and/or recording device handy at all times.
(I've been seriously ill for the last few weeks, but I'm still fighting, so I figured that I would drop this comment to let folks know that I'm still alive.....if anyone cares..... ........ and as always (ILY Dany!) - Mr.REC ;-)
