Thank you for being here! I created this particular practice with your physical wellbeing in mind. The holiday season is approaching and regardless of the time of year, we often hold a lot of our worries and stress on our neck and shoulders. May this be a little gift of presence! I hope this practice finds you well, or well on your way!
This class is a challenge for me with my severe neck problems and requires a lot of practice. But WOW what a fantastic result when I finally get it together! My head, neck and the rest of my body become one! Absolutely perfekt!!! Thank you so much, Ayla!!! ❤
this one is very meaningful to me. my muse was a friend who held so much pain and tension in their neck, back, and shoulders... the weight of the world is not meant for one person to carry. Thank you for experiencing this offering with me and i am grateful you are here.
This is the second time I have tried this yoga Nedra recording. I really did slip into that place between sleep and awareness which I was very surprised at. There were moments though where amidst this very powerful state I experienced little body rushes of anxiety. Have you ever experienced this or heard of others experiencing this. I suffer from chronic pain and bouts of anxiety so I think Yoga Nidra could be very helpful for me. Thank you for putting these recordings out there.
I'm glad to hear that you've found moments of deep relaxation with the Yoga Nidra recordings. It's not uncommon to experience rushes of anxiety during such deep states, especially when you're new to the practice. This can be part of the body's way of processing and releasing stored tensions or emotions, often intensified for those dealing with chronic pain and anxiety. As you continue with Yoga Nidra, these moments may lessen as your body becomes more accustomed to relaxing deeply. Keep exploring the practice at your own pace, and thank you for your openness in sharing your journey.
Wow Ayla, I truly felt like I had a massage after this incredible class. Thank you for such a special gift. Just wonderful.♥. You are Simply The Best!!🙏. One to return to over and over.
Yes... I sometimes describe yoga nidra to friends this way... It is like a massage for the insides. Thank you for continuing your practice and for sharing this journey with me. 🖤🙏✨
Thank you so much. I appreciate you catching that. I've had this pointed out to me before and your approach was definitely with more kindness than previously experienced. You'll be happy to know my newer offerings are annunciated with more finesse.🖤✨
Ahhh that was wonderful and effective. Yoga Nidra for the bones! I wonder if you could do one for lower back pain and or for sinus pressure!? Or if you already have. Thanks for your work!
Thank you for this, Ayla. 😊 I find when I start feeling more relaxed physically, my mind also has a tendency to drift. Right now I think I'm affected by the solar flares. I have had low energy and need a lot more rest. I'm not sure how to sense all parts of my body. I can generally get a sense of my outer body, but I can only imagine things like my vertebrae. What if we are unable to sense parts of our body? I didn't enjoy having UA-cam shock me out of my meditation with a loud, boisterous ad.🙄
In my experience, when I dissociate from certain parts of my body during the practice, it often feels as though those parts of myself need a little extra love. I am only sharing my intuitive experience. When we are ready... we will meet each part of our body. Be gentle with yourself if you discover you become fixated. Release judgement as much as possible, simply be! 🖤✨ Sorry for the ad that startled you, that is so unfortunate.
Hello Ayla: That is good one to relieve tension on the neck and shoulders. I am just thinking if you have any particular practice for equanimity. The unity of Opposing pairs of sensations, emotion s, mental states clearly seen how They affect everyday life. It is really appreciated if you suggest anything thst is more helpful. Thank You.
What are those words your say three times towards the end of practice? I’ve never heard them before. What do they mean? Thank you for another wonderful practice. I have been dealing with neck tension lately so this was perfectly timed! Namaste.
The sound of this phrase/mantra (Hari Om Tat Sat) is used to awaken one to their highest self. Often, even if you have fallen asleep, this phrase will bring you back to full awareness. There are a number of ways to interpret this phrase… ‘all that is’ ‘absolute truth’ ‘ultimate reality’. It acts as a reminder that we are not limited to the material world. 🖤✨ Thank you for asking.

Thank you, this was so needed.
Just a suggestion, it would be amazing if you could leave the music playing for a little while longer at the end.
That's a great idea and I will be considering this for future practices! 🖤🖤🖤
And also during the practice please. But please don't ask for likes etc. On the video. Maybe in comment. 🙏
