One thing he doesn't realize is that these companies and banks are very cautious due to compliance. They don't want the risk or are so slow to review your content.

Agreed. But he's also said in those cases that if a company is hindering your growth or keeping you from being relevant, you should consider if you're at the right company.

I don't think he's being self-centered as much as he knows what he's saying is the truth and so many people in the mortgage industry still think it's not. He drops a ton of knowledge for the greater real estate and mortgage industry.
