This is the best video I've seen on the twist, other people twist both strands before creating the actual twist and I could never get that right . Thank you soooooo much !
i love how these are healthy for the hair, no pulling, no braiding, i hope it turns out just as gud for me tomorrow. ill def do them thicker though. ill be watching this over and over.
Out of all the videos I have watched on how to do the Havana Twist, yours was the most detailed and helpful! I got all the information I need and your technique seems a lot easier than any other video! You're very pretty and in some parts of the video you remind me of a Sanaa Lathan! Great video!
Thanks Ms. DeLaCreme, I am excited to do this style on myself. I did my little girls and it came out so good. It's been a week and it still looks good. So now I am ready to do mines. I pray it comes out as good as yours. By the way the style looks great on you. Thanks again for the tips tutorial.
Your video helped me achieve my first marley twist style on my own! Thank you so much! I am so excited about my twists. Of course they did not turn out as good as yours but they will get better with time!
I've been looking for a video that shows how to part my hair the exact way yours is parted in the front. I wish you would showed that. Great video! Very helpful
OMG! Thanks so much for making this video!! I've been wanting to do my twists this size, but I wasn't sure how small to make the parts, but this helped me a lot! Your twists came out so beautifully! Thanks again.
Thank you so much for this tutorial. I'm def gonna try this. But how do you seal the ends? Do you just put on more product at the ends? Or I've heard of some girls dipping their ends in hot water to seal them? What do you do?
This is cute on you Hun 🔥🔥🔥👍🏾I'm wondering if my thick hair would allow me to use 5 packs lol the struggle is real I don't have length but the thickness is a pain
I looove your hair & u look gorg! 😊 I want to do this hairstyle but I was only going to use my natural hair but idk if it would look good enough my hair is thick but idk if it will be thick enough for it... Any advice on this? Please it would mean alot to me from your perspective...
They look very nice. I dont recall if you mentioned in the video, Are they heavy? I would like to try them, however, I suffer from very bad migraines and do not want something too heavy.
Lovely style. Two questions I didn't see in the comments I was able to read: About how big were your parted sections? maybe an inch? And do you happen to remember how many total braids you ended up with? 60, 80, etc? Thank you!
Are you relaxed ?. And yes girl if you were within my radius i would loved to be styled by you!. Your parting technique is awesome. I stated this on you box braid tutorial !!!!
What is a good way to part when you do this? I'm bad at parting in general so I just do a slant part on twists with my own hair. But with crochet, what is good?
Please please tell me what you did to get the gray. if it's hair or some kind of product to turn the hair gray. my aunt want the marley hair but with her natural color. That would help a lot thanks
Please reply! I've been wanting twist for awhile and I bought some hair (Cuban Twist braiding hair) and I did like 4 twist to see how they would come out and my mom saw them and she made me take them out. She said the hair looked dry, rough and nappy (which it did when I bought it) I've seen people on UA-cam use the same hair and it looked flawless so made I should try a different brand or maybe it's just me
hey, thanks for your video, I need to know if I can use Kinky mali braid by nina colletion for doing havanna or senegalese twist and havana jumbo twist, in my country Ecuador I just could find this kind of kanekalone no more... thankyou for your answer!
I don't know if someone said this to you already, but dipping the ends in boiling hot water would seal the ends a majority of the time instead of burning it.
It looks as though you first intertwined your hair with the fake one side only the started the jumbo twist without intertwining the second split section...I have seen videos where both sections are twined then the two halves come together to make the jumbo twist...if seems as if your way would be easier if I seeing correctly...Thank you for the video, really appreciate it!
I'm trying this for a first time, I naturally have very long curly big hair and no need for added on hair but I don't know how to seal the ends, you mentioned burning it which it's not an option for me , how else can I seal my ends with out damaging them? TIA
it is 24:inches long, if you need can order from here www.aliexpress.com/store/product/bouncy-HAVANA-MMABO-twist-crochet-braidS-short-length-Havana-TWIST-HAIR-001-blue-purple-grey-and/1963011_32590335718.html
pulling the hair so that the ends are not blunt and twisting or braiding it all the way to the ends will prevent it from coming apart but the hair looks good. .
One week!! You kept it one for one week!! I was so upset when you said that. The hairstyle is gorgeous.
This is the best video I've seen on the twist, other people twist both strands before creating the actual twist and I could never get that right . Thank you soooooo much !
Shantavia D awwww thanks!
yeah, I've noticed that too. I tried that one myself and they came out...not so great then again it was my first try

SUGARKISSES1000 glad i can help
Your video helped me achieve my first marley twist style on my own! Thank you so much! I am so excited about my twists. Of course they did not turn out as good as yours but they will get better with time!
+Jennifer McLean Awww I'm so happy to hear that! Keep trying you'll be so good down the line.
In order to stop the twists from coming out at the bottom is stretching out the hair before you twist it in

Toya Jalise thanks and you're welcome
Best twist video I have seen on UA-cam!! Thanks for uploading
Sade Wilson awww thanks
Do not burn the ends. Dip in hot water or roller dip them. Burning makes the ends stick to your clothes or other braids
The up close detail is awesome thank you so much
Best Havana Twists I have seen on the YT!! Beautiful! Now I am encouraged to do mine
tyfrei yayeee!!!
My hair is the exact same color. I'm glad you showed this. Now I know what to do when I get my hair done next week!
Thanks!
Tiffany Smith you're welcome
I will try this. It's one of the best videos I've seen.

omg i bet this might be easy for me and mom to do this
thanks for the video!
They look very nice. I dont recall if you mentioned in the video, Are they heavy?
I would like to try them, however, I suffer from very bad migraines and do not want something too heavy.
I had some that went all the way down to my lower back and they were very light
Lovely style. Two questions I didn't see in the comments I was able to read: About how big were your parted sections? maybe an inch? And do you happen to remember how many total braids you ended up with? 60, 80, etc? Thank you!
+C Johnson about 60 and yes about an inch
+C Johnson pls let me know if you have any more questions and how it turns out!

Imara Howze welcome!!!
You're very pleasing to look at

+Destynee Morris Awww thanks for watching
Yes it's so cute!!! nice tutorial
+CandyApple Momo thank you
Nice...go to 9:00 to see installation
Simple Truth thank you lol
Maybe try teasing the ends with a comb during hair prep, that could be why they started to unravel
Jamelah Spencer great tip!
Are they heavy? Do they hurt your neck? are they light weight?
Please please tell me what you did to get the gray. if it's hair or some kind of product to turn the hair gray. my aunt want the marley hair but with her natural color. That would help a lot thanks
Hope mine looks like yours! I have the same brand. You're beautiful BTW!
+TBnMe2013 fingers crossed!!! And thank you
Beautiful style!
deana diedrich thank you

I don't know about that brand but I did make an new video back in January and I loved the sheen and softness of the hair. Check that video out.
try applying a hair cream or oil to the hair before doing the twists
also brush out the ends of the hair 😊 hope its helpful
+TheLalagurl818 I love her channel as well!!! Girl I'm all for sharing is caring 😂 share my love share.
dreamergirlbaby i always use that. Yes it is dry but i moisture it and it looks very natural on me. I have very kinky hair. It matches my texture.
hey, thanks for your video, I need to know if I can use Kinky mali
braid by nina colletion for doing havanna or senegalese twist and havana
jumbo twist, in my country Ecuador I just could find this kind of
kanekalone no more... thankyou for your answer!
+Narcisa de la Cruz it should give you the same results
That is how long I do mini twists with my regular hair lol I cannot wait to do this style
BEST VIDEO HANDS DOWN
+$im 'Chyna Fwm((: thanks
I don't know if someone said this to you already, but dipping the ends in boiling hot water would seal the ends a majority of the time instead of burning it.
This tutorial saved me!!!
+Naalah Deas Awww thanks
3 hrs to finish?! Wow! Took me 8hrs to do my friends hair! I plan to do my own in a few wks. I pray to God it only takes 3hrs.
+poppyshow1996 aww the more you do it. The faster you'll get.
+HairDeLaCreme I hope so :-) You did a beautiful job! Thanks for sharing.
Hi! Did you use two or three strands of hair when twisting?
3
lmaree93 I was wondering the same thing. it looked like she only used 2
OK! YOUR BRAIDS IS LIT MY MOM ACTUALLY DID IT FOR ME I AM 13 SO I LOOK BUTE AS HELL
lol I'm going to try to get my mom to do it for me today instead of box braids that take 7 hours. 😋
Hi, Do you know what Batik hair is made out of? I'm interested in getting the hair but am allergic to Kanekalon.
+llaneejustineable no i don't sorry
are those twist heavy on your head or light?
Thanks for this video! I'm doing my hair tomorrow.
I'm trying this for a first time, I naturally have very long curly big hair and no need for added on hair but I don't know how to seal the ends, you mentioned burning it which it's not an option for me , how else can I seal my ends with out damaging them? TIA
+M&R Fitness dip it in hot water
How do you do the back... I that's the part that always troubles me
when using s curl moisture spray does it lock your hair.
no it does not
Sooo Pretty!! :)
Do you have to use kinky or Marley hair?
ok..i see you only twisted the roots in opposite directions. is that all you need to do or do you have to double twist all the way down?
yes twist the opposite way at the roots to secure the marley hair then double twist down
I swear I was just about to get Havanna twist lol that's crazy
How many strands per twist do u use?
3
How long do they usually last?
how many piece of Marley hair did u use per twist???
She used 3
How long does this style take to complete?
I did some before it took me about 2 1/2 hours and I'm the slowest braider/twister
+eblots There's no way you did it in 2+ hours and you're slow at it.😒😒
Did Your Hair Grow Afterwards +HairDeLaCreme
Slim.vibez i only kept them in for a week. I had a hair review scheduled.
how long are your twist?
it is 24:inches long, if you need can order from here www.aliexpress.com/store/product/bouncy-HAVANA-MMABO-twist-crochet-braidS-short-length-Havana-TWIST-HAIR-001-blue-purple-grey-and/1963011_32590335718.html
What hair would you recommend?
clarify81 i dont really have any recommendations. This was my first time creating this style. Sorry
Very pretty.
Love it
hi when i twist and reach to the end the hair started to real back what can i do to get the hair from real back
+Hyacinth Bailey I'm having trouble understanding your question
Hyacinth Bailey to stop your braids or twist from unraveling... dip in hot water or burn the ends.
pulling the hair so that the ends are not blunt and twisting or braiding it all the way to the ends will prevent it from coming apart but the hair looks good. .
Beautifull
Thank you
you should try and braid them a tiny bit at the ends so they wont come undone, you are VERY pretty, you should model
You're fast! It only took you 3 hrs! Most people it takes 8 hrs to a whole day!
msCamLagata lol
@@HairDeLaCreme how many strands did you use in each twist. Took me 9 hours first time. I used the rubber band method.
@@HairDeLaCreme Never mind I think I saw you use three.
It takes me 10 friggin hours. I don't understand how it only took you 3!!!
When your good at twisting it really takes lesser time to do. I though few who do it take them 6-9 hrs and I know some be doing it 3/4 hours.
Hello what size are your twist ?
Can Marley Twists Get Wet ?? Thats My Biggest Question On These
Shamya Chinn yes. My cousin has them and she lives at the water park.
Okay, Thanks So Much.
you're welcome
do you beginnen after or for you head?
How many strands did you use?
3
