Just a couple of comments - we have a t@b 400 Boon Dock Lite. The space in front of the tub was intended for the spare tire - I know they mount it underneath but most folks move it to the top of the fork. Much easier to access and check. Of note, many t@bs and t@gs were shipped with one size smaller spares and they were mounted on steel vice aluminum rims. Easy to tell by your video that spare is smaller than what's on the road. The rack on top is really for something small - as you see the rear bar is on the downward slope of the roof. If you go much beyond you risk hitting the the hatch when you open the back. The tires are standard 235/15/75R but they are made in China. I say that because trying to purchase a replacement is difficult - only place we could get one was from nucamp. Most folks swap the tires for Goodyears and either stick with ST or go with LT tires. Sweet with the microwave but I would be surprised if it would run off the DC - my money says it will only run when connected to shore power. (a/c) Same for the a/c, will only run on ac power. As for heat, that heater may run off propane. If it doesn't then just about all the comfort items are useless unless you have shore power.
