Please make a dedicated series of videos on planner funk! I feel like I am all over the place with my planner, finding planner contentment has been a real struggle. I feel like I am wasting a lot of money because I can’t find what works for me therefore I am getting frustrated and want to quit. You seem to have found what works for you and I’d like to see/hear your take on the process.
I got out of my planner funk by just deciding I didn’t need my bullet journal to be pretty, just informative. When I struggle, it’s usually under the weight of my own expectations.
The funk problem being real and dangerous is invaluable life advice. Thanks for mentioning it, Cindy. I got into a major funk after I graduated from college and today...TEN years later, I still feel very funky in some aspects of my life, but I am doing my best to get back into a productive mode. As you mentioned in a previous video, I personally went through the “This is fine” world falling apart phase for a few YEARS. I hated being uncomfortable, so I sought comfort, but in reality what I found comfortable was making me complacent and made my creativity stagnant. It was killing me. I went to school for graphic design and when I got into my several year block, I lost my passion for design. Hand lettering sparked my creativity again and I stumbled on your channel at a time when I needed it the most or I would still be in a creative funk. Thanks Cindy for always being supportive!
The planner community really is amazing when it comes to sharing great ideas. I love when you said sometimes you just have to burn it down and start over, a clean slate can be the best answer!
The planner funk was real last year. Thankfully I went through it about the same time you did, and was able to piggy back off your findings/evaluate my shit the same way. I appreciate you, Cindy!
I have been in moods where I don't touch my planner for weeks or months on end because I just wasn't feeling it and then when I see how much time has past I kinda kick myself when I back plan and it's taking forever to catch up. But then when I'm all caught up and flip through my planner I get a feeling of joy because I know years down the road that doing all that back planning will be what helps me remember things I will more than likely forget over that span of time.
Yes please to a planner funk chat/video. I'm still trying to set up Feb. I just finished January even though it was blank (I wanted it to start from the beginning of the year lol!) But I want to do it but then don't. I've got a 10 month old but he's amazing and then being extremely fucking hungover yesterday after a funeral on Monday hasn't helped me this week. I'm new to it all so like hearing tips and tricks. And I love watching you because you are just so real it's brilliant. Thank you
Especially when I'm not feeling well, I can fall into a planner slump that can last weeks, and my life tends to fall apart. TBH, watching your videos tend to inspire me and I sit and plan while watching your Plan With Mes. :)
When I'm in a funk, I'll just keep a cheap scrappy notebook nearby that I can rip pages out of for to do lists etc. And although it's superficial, to get out of a funk I've found buying new supplies like pens often gets me back into my planning rhythm 💜
I found myself in a planner funk last summer. While I didn't miss anything important like Dr visits, I did miss a couple events with friends. When I recognized that I life was getting a bit out of control, I spent several weeks reflecting and creating a pro/con list in my bullet journal, what I liked, what worked, what didn't and why. After that exercise I came back to bullet journaling with a very simplified layout for the rest of the year and a plan for this year. Trying different Hobonichis this year - Cousin for work, A6 for journaling, and the bullet journal for tracking, lists, and fun things.
I was in a planner funk about a year or two ago. And honestly what helped me was ditching my EC and going to a bullet journal. I found that it was way better for my creative side and when i spend the time on my spreads I actually do what's on my list! And recently I've been using a mini hp as my back planning sticker planner lol. Sometime taking what we know and flipping it on its head and doing the exact opposite is what we need to do in order to feel like everything is back to being normal.
I'm in a bit of a planner funk at the moment. I'm unable to dedicate enough time to "pretty-it-up" and that gets me down. I love lists but adding a little personal flourish is what makes me smile.
I ended up cutting out bullet journaling for a while and using only a planner for the sake of simplicity. I may go back to using one in the future, but for now I like my one-planner-only system, it works for me.
My planner funk was at the end of 2018, the EC hourly (and lifeplanner in general) wasn’t working for me because the hours didn’t fit my actual life schedule, and the planner itself was bulky and cumbersome so it was more of a chore to keep up with than an organizational tool. I have really enjoyed the TN system because it’s as flexible and adaptable to change as I need to be in life.
FYI I do the daily meditation offered through Headspace and it usually takes less than 5 minutes with a small commentary about the topic at the start of the meditation. TMI I do it while in the bathroom as I get ready for work. Hopefully that may help. Hugs! Totally miss you!
Always love your honest and realistic tips and advice. I would love a video about getting out of a planner funk. I know the one I’ve been in lately is one of the worst I’ve ever been in, and my chaotic life is only feeling more chaotic because I’m not planning and writing shit down like I know I need to, smh. My job can be really intense and I often come home feeling burned out and drained. I’ve been struggling with a healthy work/life balance, which I know is really messing with my planner mojo.
Hi Cindy! Great video and insight as always ☺️ I don’t know if I have been in a planner funk, but bullet journaling did intimidate me at first. I feel down the Pinterest bullet journal rabbit hole last year and it made me procrastinate and put it off because the things being portrayed there were something I did not think was for me. Ultimately I kind a of just ran at it screaming and did the thing. Didn’t worry about perfection or pretty (I wasn’t going to share it anyway) and kinda just started using it. Over months, I found out what I needed and what wasn’t seeing much action, and why those things were not getting attention (were they something I really didn’t need to worry about, or was I just putting them off). The whole process has helped me visualize my insights and that has helped me feel more productive and put together 💕
I've been in a planner funk twice that it has really bothered me. Once when I stopped planning because of stress. I just did a massive brain dump of everything on my mind and then slowly started incorporating it into planning. The other was trying to track my workouts/wellness. I finally found peace in an erin condren. But having it in my bullet journal along with my tasks was so overwhelming
Would you be willing to include commentary about how you are feeling is affecting how you plan? I so appreciate when you have reminders or chronic pain reality checks - theres something about hearing someone else saying it, that makes me feel better 🤗😜
I just recently found you, and I have to say your awesome! I love how you combine doodles and lettering and I want to add that more in my planner. I used to sketch and been looking to added it to my planner, so I loved how you have the challenge!
I keep a large, dry erase (or wall) calendar because I live with my boyfriend and I always put what bills are due and the amount, birthdays, & our work schedules. When I'm in a planner funk, I'm just going off of that calendar because it's something I ALWAYS do.
I was in a planner funk when I ONLY bullet journaled. To fix it, I threw the journal away and bought an hourly planner. Then I got in a funk again and bought an EC vertical. And another bullet journal. Haven't thrown this one away yet. I've got like 8 planners now and use all of them for different purposes and I think it's the variety and having a place for everything that doesn't get different tasks jumbled up is what helps keep me out of a funk.
it's so interesting! some people cannot bear the idea of multiple planners, some cannot function without several, and everything in between! it really is so personal.
Yes please do a video on planner funks. I’m definitely in one and I think it’s because I have a needy(but sweet) baby who won’t give me the time I need to do it so now I’m not motivated to use it because I’m tired of trying to find pockets of time to do it and rush when I am doing it so now it’s no longer enjoyable and is now stressful. I don’t even look at my planner anymore right now. It’s too overwhelming and I can’t think of a simple system that works for my new life
I was in SUCH a funk last summer, only like four months after I'd first started bullet journaling. I had complicated weekly spreads, trackers of multiple colors without end, and no inspiration at all. It wasn't until September, when I looked at what I like doing and what I use, and decided to simplify: do monochromatic spreads, pre-set-up for every week, so all I have to do is fill shit in, ZERO trackers, and make it hard to NOT journal.
Every time I’m in a planner funk, I completely neglect my planner, mainly because I feel like I’m too busy to plan. Which is true, but like you said, it makes everything so much worse. I think I finally found planner peace in my new A5 PPP priorities, so hopefully that will help. I’m not creative enough to do a bujo, and I also got tired of having to draw out my weeks, and the cookie cutter-ness of the EC got tiring for me. I love the customization of the PPP so I think I will try that out for awhile. So far it’s working.
Ahh, that good old planner funk! Whenever I get it, it’s usually because my planning has been too involved and time consuming. I cope by dropping everything that is superficial and getting real basic: no washi, no stickers, no fancy drawing or coloring of any sort. I just break out my black pen and write what is really important. Usually, my planner mojo comes back after a couple of weeks. Nice side effects to this includes realizing what is not that useful for me so I don’t feel guilty from dropping shit (I.e. future log and certain trackers).
My funk comes from not having enough time to just sit & plan. I decorate but it’s minimal (icon stickers) & I do it all in one planner (got a PPP with home & budget add ons). Could never do more than one planner! Work is busy. Home is busy with 2 young kids. After they go to sleep I do a 40 minute workout & next thing I know it’s 10pm! so I find myself planning mostly in my car on breaks at work. It helps keep it caught up but seriously sitting in a car trying to write neat (ocd) & find the sticker I need isn’t relaxing like planning can be for me when I truly have the time to devote to it 😂
Cauliflower cheese cauliflower rice and use in stir fries. Also here in the UK we do bubble and squeak. Mashed potato carrots cauliflower peas etc, all left over veg from a roast dinner Mix together with an egg to hold them make into patties like a large burger then pan fry until the top and bottom go golden brown to slightly crispy. Serve with a fried or poached egg. Spinach and cold meat to make a full meal - I have mine on their own covered in ketchup! Xx
I only use a bujo. this is all new to me, but I'm hooked. My ADHD brain is quite scattered so I need all of my brains in one place. I take my bujo with me everywhere. Years ago I used a calendar, and that was great at the time, but then I needed notes and lists and didn't find a way to integrate that, so I quit the calendar and relied on Post-its. Then, the Smart Phone. My brain was relieved of details, but my Post-its were reliably growing legs. Either that or the sock gnomes were eating them as snacks as many were lost moments after writing on them. A couple of years ago I found out about Bullet Journaling, but it seemed complicated at the time. Then, last year, I read the book Finish by Jon Acuff and felt completely renewed that I could do the things and get my poop in a group. So, in December I bought a journal on Amazon, watched a couple of tutorials and just began. Perfection be damned, I'm doing this thing. It's been great. My journal is a mess and I don't care. It's working. I started watching your channel regularly because your videos are clear with the explanations. I stayed because you're real. Like for real real. I appreciate your candidness and honesty. Also, one of my goals this year was to find a hobby, simply for enjoyment. I've admired lettering but never knew it was more than a computer graphic. So now, I've started playing around with that. I suck at it so far, but it's fun. I'm going to keep going. The Llama Letter lessons are really awesome. Thanks for all the inspiration!
Late to the party, but wanted to chime in - please do a Getting Out of a Planner Funk video! With a lot of personal and family issues recently - I feel like I've been struggling for months, it's been lists lately and those just aren't working. I know it's all very personal, but I value your insight and sometimes even completely unrelated things you discuss help spark "Ah-ha" moments (if you meant to or not, lol). Tyfs! Hope you and yours are having a lovely weekend. Best of wishes! ♥♥♥♥♥
I was in such a planner funk at the beginning of the year, I missed jury duty! Thankfully they didn't need me anyway, but yikes. Finally figured out that it was the dread of having to create even simple bujo spreads that was keeping me from even opening the damn notebook so I've switched to a dated system for now... before I get in real trouble lol!
Also, I totally didn't realise Jesse is younger than me (an '84 baby), you guys seem to have your shit so together (compared to my life anyway) and I don't even have kids to guide on their journey 😂 go team you two!
I received a planner as a giveaway. I was trying to use it (it was dated and I didn't have anyone to give it to). It ended up being too much. I've reevaluated. Back to basic bullet journaling, then memory keeping. I can use the empty planners as notebooks- washi swatch books. The planner works for me not the other way around
I am definitely in a planner funk. The style of bullet journaling I've used for the last 2 years just isn't doing it for me, and I haven't touched my EC in weeks. Like you're saying, I feel way less on top of all my school stuff. Thinking I need to take it way back--just making a daily to-do list on a legal pad and keeping my "backyard birds" calendar on my wall for my work schedule/upcoming exams and assignments. I really want to get back into decorative planning, but I'm thinking I need to take some time away to fall back in love with it.Thanks for the advice!!
WHen I'm in a funk I just have to "shovely joe" it. -- just pare down to the bare essentials and just do it. (shovel-y joe in our house ended up being a term for hey it's a healthy meal I don't want to eat it but I just gotta get through it) so now it's the term for everything you just gotta do. I was in a funk before I finally decided to buckle down and learn my cameo so I could finally do my own stickers, I was sad that I couldn't make things pretty like everyone else (which was also my problem comparing myself to others) so taking the days and hours to learn the cameo helped me out of my funk because I got excited for planning again because I was learning something new. I HOPE that made sense!
From the show Mom (on being stressed): “Have you considered meditating.” “I tried but apparently my brain craves anxiety.” Same. Besides, PAYG is a way better stress reliever.
My Planner Funk: Okay here is the thing. I am currently using a Recollections spiral planner for memory keeping/ back planning. I use the Creative You planner from Walmart that I use to fill in for my everyday and then I use the Bullet Journal for tracking certain things with Health and activities. Here is where the funk comes in. I am not happy with my bullet journal set-up. I have watched so many planner videos and bullet journal videos to see if I can find some kind of balance and even considering buying a new journal to see if maybe the color of the journal isn't right for me. ( SN: This is a real thing for me I bought a planner in a color I didn't want and didn't use it for nothing in the world. Purchased it in the color that I wanted I filled it up to the rim even the note pages were full. Psycho??, maybe but it worked for me) But every time I think I about my bujo it feels like a task and not something I enjoy regardless of color or type of book. I may need to overhaul how I use the items or ditch my bujo altogether. I feel bad because the bujo still has so many pages but it maybe for the best until I can fall in love for it again. Any and all suggestions are welcomed.
I have been in a planter funk and it is not good! I run my own used bookstore and I’m pretty much a one woman show. I have been dropping the ball on way too many things lately and need to get back on track! So I am binge watching you
For me, "planner funk" tends to be a symptom of a depressive episode. Fortunately, I've had a lot of practice over the years of getting at least the bare minimum done. I think of it as "survival mode." My planning may not be pretty, and anything beyond the essential functions of appointments and to-do lists may fall by the wayside, but it's enough of the habit that at least the basics get done. I'm lucky, in that depressive episodes tend to manifest for me as a lack of interest and pleasure, rather than the absolute inability to get out of the bed. I can still function in a funk.
The issue I have with my planners is that I have trouble getting rid of the mindset that since I don't work outside the home, I don't need to plan or have a planner. I have multiple chronic conditions that require more frequent doctor's visits than other people but they are not so frequent that I have one every week. It is hard for me to convince myself that I need to write down what I should do every day and because I do not, I find myself sitting and watching UA-cam videos every day or fiddling around on the computer.
Hahah Color Me Badd, Awesome! I've not heard that song in ages... Now I'm singing it in my head lol. I like the thought of an intentions list. I don't have a Bujo but I do have space for notes in my planner that's just going to waste. Maybe I can use part of that for intentions. Now to work out what my intentions are...
Oh yes I was in a planner funk and I realized it was because I put too much shit in it that didn't need to be in there. So I wasn't doing those things and it was like big blank pages that were discouraging me and I didn't even want to look at my journal anymore. Blah. So this time I only put in things that absolutely need to be in it. Which helped a lot! So trackers, collections and challenge won't go in unless I absolutely know I will need to use them or if I know I'll have fun doing it
Just put my head down and work through it. Sometimes also going light on the planner, simpler. It works for life in general. Everything changes eventually.
When I’m in a planner funk, I think about why I’m in a funk. I was just in one. I felt overwhelmed with the months of journal entries I didn’t write about, so I printed them off and glued them in. Problem solved
I kept my planning (bulletjournaling) minimal and started doing more journaling and watercolour mixed in with it. After a while I got more inspired to bujo again. But, allowing my interest to shift a bit helped me evolve and learn new fun stuff.
First of all you are awesome and Love your videos.. I've been planning since about 2016 and loved it but these last few months I've noticed a planner funk going on. I'd love to see a video on that.. Cuz I'm a little planner lost at the moment lol
I was born in 1980 too. Well I put a planner together and I like it for a month. It's functional and pretty but not over the top. Then I get bored. I'm an artist and an art journal/bujo type thing would work for me I just get sucked back into ring planning again. I have tried multiple, multiple different type and sizes. I set it up then poof I am annoyed with it and myself.
Yes a video would be good on a planner funk. Your information on learning to write is great I will have to try and look at it differently. What I don't get is buying a planner for 30+ and then whiting it all out and then covering it all with stickers I do like the idea of kits awesome idea but to spend all that money to cover it all 😕. What do you think? I had a big funk I didn't plan for months and I forgot everything. my knife was a mess lol
I was in a planner funk for a lot of years before I moved to Happy Planner/Bullet Journal two years ago. Now I feel like I'm a distracted dog with all kinds of new things to see. I am currently using an Erin Condren Horizontal, thanks to you, a Bullet Journal TN, and a couple of Happy Planner's to track things like study, and social media. I'd like to get it into fewer planners but there just doesn't seem to be one that covers all that I need. The good news is I'm not missing appointments. The bad news is I sometimes don't have the planner I want to use when I have an idea.
Your husband not knowing that Color me Badd song just made me feel ancient. Lol I remember being a kid a jamming to that song lol as well as let’s talk about sex by salt n pepa lol
I just have to say this so i can get it off my chest. IF You put me on the calendar to work And then decide you don't need me TELL ME BEFORE I GET TO WORK . sorry i had to say that or i was going to start crying. I found your channel just going thru youtube videos which is what I do when someone wasted my time.. I like it here btw But I probably should have been doing something else
oh I HATE that! i'm mad on your behalf over here. I'm glad you found me - I often listen to videos in the background when I am doing something else so I don't feel naughty ;-)
I am in planner funk. Nothing feels right. This use to be my me time. Always felt better after working in/on my planner. Now I struggle just to write anything down
kind of upset Netflix can't put ALL of the Final Destinations on there! Also, Tuesday seemed like Thursday so I've been very disappointed this whole week.
So, I have a chronic illness - A.S (ankylosing spondylitis...don’t bother trying!) and have a weekly to do list that I take things from daily. What do you do with things that you need to do everyday, and then you find on certain days zero things can’t get done? I always just end up feeling guilty that I couldn’t even do my daily tasks.
Thanks for reminding me to keep my practice to reflect back on. I've been doing LLLEDD and Rando Doodles in those little books from the Simply Gilded box (mostly to actually use those up) and then tossing them. >.> I should keep them! At least for a little while.
@@CindyGuentertBaldo I have like 20 years of sketchbooks in the basement, you would think I would have thought of this before now. Thanks for the nudge.
to me it feels like it usually drags to get TO Wednesday, but goes quickly once Wednesday is here.... soooo, that's good, I guess! : ) Love your videos!
I am totally in a planner funk. I just can’t seem to find a system that works for me. I’ve stopped carrying a large purse, so I don’t end up taking my planner with me to make sure I am looking at it and writing in it. I’ve tried all different planner systems and no luck.
Yet another question from me...I've perused your videos and couldn't find one that obviously answered this: why do you prefer an Erin Condren planner? Thanks!
I was in a funk because I tried to stick to a really restricted color scheme. It just did not work out. I realized I could get out of it by just loosening the fuck up and allowing myself to use whatever colors, stickers, pens or stencils I want!
Do you check back with the planners often throughout the day, or just at the end? I find that I will set it up the night before and only check tasks off the next evening
i go back and forth. i usually keep my bujo open on my desk so I can reference it, but on the weekends I generally don't refer back until the evening or the next morning.
honestly, I don't find myself getting into planner funks, but because I keep my planners going throughout the year, I tend to get antsy to get into a new one towards the end of the year. I don't know if this counts as a funk, but perhaps someone can relate?
I love watching your PAYG videos, I do have an unrelated question; I've noticed you say 'Hi Mark' after saying Mark. For the longest time I thought you had another cat called Mark 😂 I'm just really curious as to why you say 'Hi Mark' and what started it?
random (NPR) question-- or maybe kind of planner related b/c I write my TV shows in my planner, but do you have any good Netflix/Hulu binge recommendations? I'm always looking for a great show, but I always, always get SO lost in the sea of Netflix!!
Hi cindy! I have a huge question for you. Year in pixels how can you decide how your day was? Weather you taken a pill or not I understand but the rest? My days are getting striped and whatnots and it’s looking ugly. My days are so changing one minute my pain wants me to die and the next I’m on a level I can handle... please, help how to decide... /the pixelzebra
Lol I just found (and ordered) the stamps last week 😁 it will be nice to have a little bit of Cindy in my planner for my no-sticker weeks! (Where I don't use stickers to format, only to represent entries/events) 💜
*whispers* today is wednesday...
yeah, apparently I'm doing the time warp again. haha

Thank you for all you to give us inspiration and guides! I love all your planning.
Love your videos. Great art work in your journals. Now I feel old…haha. You being born in1980, I was a sophomore in high school. Time sure flies by.
"WHEAT!!" haha!
scared the SHAZZBOT out of me!
I was cracking up... in an empty house. Lmfao!
It helps keep it caught up but seriously sitting in a car trying to write neat (ocd) & find the sticker I need isn’t relaxing like planning can be for me when I truly have the time to devote to it 😂
Really diggin the music in the opening!
Cauliflower cheese cauliflower rice and use in stir fries. Also here in the UK we do bubble and squeak. Mashed potato carrots cauliflower peas etc, all left over veg from a roast dinner
Mix together with an egg to hold them make into patties like a large burger then pan fry until the top and bottom go golden brown to slightly crispy.
I was not expecting that jump scare! *coughWHEATcough*
Loved your lettering tips in this video!
Yes please make a planner funk video. I am in a EC Hourly but I also have a bullet journal and not using that at all.
Also, I totally didn't realise Jesse is younger than me (an '84 baby), you guys seem to have your shit so together (compared to my life anyway) and I don't even have kids to guide on their journey 😂 go team you two!
Yes... please video series on Planner funk!!!!
I received a planner as a giveaway. I was trying to use it (it was dated and I didn't have anyone to give it to). It ended up being too much. I've reevaluated. Back to basic bullet journaling, then memory keeping. I can use the empty planners as notebooks- washi swatch books. The planner works for me not the other way around
that last line tho 😍
I am definitely in a planner funk. The style of bullet journaling I've used for the last 2 years just isn't doing it for me, and I haven't touched my EC in weeks. Like you're saying, I feel way less on top of all my school stuff. Thinking I need to take it way back--just making a daily to-do list on a legal pad and keeping my "backyard birds" calendar on my wall for my work schedule/upcoming exams and assignments.
I really want to get back into decorative planning, but I'm thinking I need to take some time away to fall back in love with it.Thanks for the advice!!
you're welcome! i hope it helps!
Thanks for answering my question totally fan girl geeked out lol
I also remember watching 90210 just so I could see Color Me Badd lol.
Color me bad ... hey I absolutely love ❤️ all your prompts!!!
But, allowing my interest to shift a bit helped me evolve and learn new fun stuff.
i love this!
I'm trying to catch up on your videos. I remember that song LOL. I liked Color Me Badd growing up too :D
First of all you are awesome and Love your videos.. I've been planning since about 2016 and loved it but these last few months I've noticed a planner funk going on. I'd love to see a video on that.. Cuz I'm a little planner lost at the moment lol
That was great advice for lettering. I suck too, and I never thought to stick with the same font. Starting a LLLDDD - wait...how do I write it? 🤣
PLEASE do planner funk videos! :D
Please do planning funk
Love your video
I am in planner funk. Nothing feels right. This use to be my me time. Always felt better after working in/on my planner. Now I struggle just to write anything down
kind of upset Netflix can't put ALL of the Final Destinations on there!
Also, Tuesday seemed like Thursday so I've been very disappointed this whole week.
::chokes on coffee at the wheat:: 🤣😂🤣😂
Same!
I love Color Me Badd!!! 😃😃
At least for a little while.
yes, hang on to them! even if you put them in a box or something, you'll have them to go back to when you're dogging on yourself
: ) Love your videos!
apparently for me once I admit it is wednesday it suddenly becomes thursday. at least, that's what i wrote in my planner. lol
yep who needs Wednesday anyway, right?! here's to FRIDAY! @@CindyGuentertBaldo
What sticker kits or shops are your favorites for the horizontal EC?
Oh my God! The wheat!
I am totally in a planner funk. I just can’t seem to find a system that works for me. I’ve stopped carrying a large purse, so I don’t end up taking my planner with me to make sure I am looking at it and writing in it. I’ve tried all different planner systems and no luck.
I billet journal and haven’t done it at all this year! Question? Does your husband have kids too? Or just you?
Haha! Look at your life! Look at your choices! Ahhh, early UA-cam.
Omg the sailor mouth made me subscribe
Yet another question from me...I've perused your videos and couldn't find one that obviously answered this: why do you prefer an Erin Condren planner? Thanks!
I was in a funk because I tried to stick to a really restricted color scheme. It just did not work out. I realized I could get out of it by just loosening the fuck up and allowing myself to use whatever colors, stickers, pens or stencils I want!
nice!!!
Where do your icon stickers come from? I've found a couple Etsy shops with some but not a ton.
LOLZERS WHEAT
Do you check back with the planners often throughout the day, or just at the end? I find that I will set it up the night before and only check tasks off the next evening
i go back and forth. i usually keep my bujo open on my desk so I can reference it, but on the weekends I generally don't refer back until the evening or the next morning.
honestly, I don't find myself getting into planner funks, but because I keep my planners going throughout the year, I tend to get antsy to get into a new one towards the end of the year. I don't know if this counts as a funk, but perhaps someone can relate?
What stickers are you using?
Get the funk out! Cindy... I’d like a video!
I love watching your PAYG videos, I do have an unrelated question; I've noticed you say 'Hi Mark' after saying Mark. For the longest time I thought you had another cat called Mark 😂 I'm just really curious as to why you say 'Hi Mark' and what started it?
It's a reference to a movie called The Room (a hilariously awful movie that is very quotable lol )
@@mrsrainbowdied Thank you! That's why I didn't know, I haven't seen that movie. Thank you again.
random (NPR) question-- or maybe kind of planner related b/c I write my TV shows in my planner, but do you have any good Netflix/Hulu binge recommendations? I'm always looking for a great show, but I always, always get SO lost in the sea of Netflix!!
What is your system for storing stickers? I use a 3" binder, and its not working for me, your's looks so organized!
Cindy's done a video on it before. You might could just search her name and "sticker storage". On the other hand, I'd love to see an update from her.
Is there a reason why you never use color in your doodle challenges? I’d love to see that.
What are your favourite Etsy shops for stickers?
Planning Funk.
Do you have an stencil of your bubble letter alphabet? Anywhere?
Nope, but Krissyanne Designs has stamps!
@@CindyGuentertBaldo ohhh no hehehehe
And now to wait for my stamps he he so much for my no spend february 😋
Lol I just found (and ordered) the stamps last week 😁 it will be nice to have a little bit of Cindy in my planner for my no-sticker weeks! (Where I don't use stickers to format, only to represent entries/events) 💜
I have been setting the stickers from the sticker book behind the page in the bullet journal and tracing them!
