I've said it once and I'll say it again, even though Neuro is the star of the show, Vedal is genuinely a hilarious streamer on his own.
Sure, but they always display the Twitch chat separately from the UA-cam chat. Combining them into one chat is what's not allowed. I think Vedal really just needs to properly ask Twitch about this.

Almost certainly. Vedal as the user of Twitch is the 2nd party, while Twitch is the 1st party. Everyone else would be a 3rd party in this case.
