I can appreciate the house is not too big for the lot. A lot of times developers build a house out every inch of the lot. This seems proportional.
The lot for this specific house is bigger. Developers here in LA have to take advantage of every inch in order to maximize profit. Most lots they get to do $3M plus projects don’t even reach 10,000 sf specially in Studio City, Encino or Sherman Oaks 💡
This is the first stateside real estate team that I have seen who knows how to showcase a home. The drone work in this video is tight! IDK if they also build, decorate, and stage, but that too is phenomenally done.

This is a nice house but I’m not a fan of how the master bathroom is set up. Why is the bathtub in front of the shower?
master bed is the worst part of it. that accent wall behind the bed is awful. wish they’d stop doing that, but this is appealing to nouveau riche basix.
