Hi Claudio. It's possible to customize lightning pages and tabs. You can remove tabs completely if you want. I'd look around to see if there is a details area where your campaign fields are. That's most important. It's probably there. If it's missing, you can add it by editing the lightning record page. As for the Engagement and Metrics tabs, we added those to display special components that come with Pardot(Marketing Cloud Account Engagement). If you don't have Pardot, you shouldn't worry about them.
