I don't know where you get your info but they have literally just done a study on pain tollerance and men smashed it! It makes sense as men historically have had to function in their roles in society and tribes while in pain, have to fight in battles in pain... The test included the ability to tollerate hot food as it is the best precursa to being able to handle pain in general. Women were found to be more consistent with their pain tollerence although men had a higher pain tolerance. It also makes sense that those with higher tolerances will sometimes not be in a mental state each time to go so far with the pain meaning less consistent with being able to withstand such amounts of pain. People have said she is "so strong" even though she is petite and feminine. These are attractive qualities for both men and women to have. As an innocent woman who was raped by men multiple times since childhood, I have also often wanted to take my life because being a girl sucks. But it is not the answer. Only tunnel vision and not being able to let go of anger and sulking in the feeling of injustice as opposed to dedicating your life to make a positive change, will make a person commit suicide. Also, some men commit suicide at this time where more women are speaking out about their needs, their truth, their hurts, their rights, their equality, and the men that are born and raised to believe men have to be in charge and rule can not accept the reality that women have equal needs and importance. Instead of being brave and adjusting their idea and allowing space for both men and women and understanding that both men and women have it difficult in life, they take the voices and hardship of women personally and refuse space and a more equal world and so they can not handle the flexibility that is needed at this time. If they are loving, they can be flexible and learn about both men and women. If they want to control women, women coming out and growing, will feel like torture to them. And so they quit on life. The number of suicides in men will go down again, the more men learn that everyone has it hard and that they do not have to be number 1. It is a battle between those men and their own ego, that makes them feel more lost than needed.

So if we are talking about physical strength, then usually men are stronger. But if we are talking about mental emotional strength, then usually women are stronger. But i say USUALLY because it honestly depends on them themselves like some women are stronger than men in physical strength but most men are stronger than women in physical strength. More mental emotional strength, just swich it up. 👍 (also just a fun fact, women deal with more pain than men because there is a greater nerve density present in women than in men. Being stoic is NOT the same as emotional strength. That is like thinking that NOT eating is the same as eating more healthily. Emotional strength is the ability to process, share and learn from emotions, NOT to suppress and hide them, which are actually opposite things. Having the courage to not hide your emotions and move through the discomfort of being vulnerable and show and share emotion openly in front of others, and risk being judged by others, for the sake of building more honesty and emotional intimacy with others as well as to be able to actually release, resolve and transform the pain, is waaaaaay harder than just pretend and suppress and hide them from others lol. This is something most men only learn at a late age. Women score much higher in emotional intelligence and emotional growth, and the emotional, empathic and communication parts of the brain is more developed in females than in males.
