Absolutely Beautiful. Most definitely the finest Limited I've seen yet. So clean, so original down to the Buick Mags. Keep it just like that. A winna. Maybe check tune, shouldn't wind that long to start.
@@stangslayerws6 ok den. Forgot carbureted not fuel injection. That's cool. Just looking at video again. A beautiful top notch Buick. Still say best I've seen. Like it a lot. Take care, stay safe.
The interior fabric and tufted upholstery could be used to line a casket. Nice touch with J.S. Bach's Toccata & Fugue in D Minor accompaniment, but seriously I love these half B pillar cars with the expansiveness with windows and doors open and I miss sealed beam headlamps like these. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful car! Even nicer than the Cadillacs of the time! Awesome red velour seats and love those taillights! Would love to have one of these if I could afford and then find one! Could've done without the Tocatta and Fugue music, though! Very cheesy and unnecessary!👎Just to hear that old big block GM engine running is beautiful music to me!😊❤👍It must be a 455? Very nice!
There really is no way to refurbish them. Any of them, including hood ornament or trunk lock emblem. They are metal emblems with red, clear and blue plastic glued on top of them. I found NOS ones on eBay The vinyl top emblems are by far the hardest to come across.
@@stangslayerws6 Not sure what you mean by NOS ones? Sounds like not original parts? Anyways, yes, really tough to find them. I put into search engines Buick Emblems and all you get are hood ornaments. Thank you again for your help. I am learning more and more watching and listening to what you are saying about your cars to learn more about my own. Thanks for the kind words and your reply. I am getting the power seat tracks out of a 1974 Oldsmobile Ninety Eight Regency so I hope it is a straight forward installation. The main difference being that the Oldsmobile has chrome trim at the bottom of the seat that the switch pokes its controls through. wow, this is perfect. hope you still own it. not usually a fan of velour, prefer the earlier brocades, but on this car it seems so right...esp in that boudoir color. i don't think any GM car came with duals in '76, other than corvette with dual tail pipes...must have been added later on.
Great car, but it makes it's own beautiful music! I get that both are classics; "Toccata And Fugue In D-Minor" by Johann Sebastian Bach is about as classic as you can get. But so is this masterpiece on wheels, so next time, maybe you can let each classic speak for itself, hmm? Just a thought. 😐! 🐰
Love this, thank you, 70s my Grandad, better times/ people and these great cars the likes of which Detroit will never produce again ever. 70s the last decade that Detroit ACTUALLY built the type of cars WE WANTED and not the soulless shite they put out now. Yeah ok , old man rumblings. Thank you

Tennessee to the Bone Buick to the core 😅
Beautiful and a fine example of mid 70's American big block land yachts that ruled the interstate.
The Seventies, no doubt, was the decade of image...and living color!
I Love 💘 those ole school Land Yachats just sailing down the highway with the air blowing jamming good old days 😁

Where do u find'em 😍
Oddly they are both from Ohio even though the white one was built in Linden NJ and black one in Flint Michigan.
Theyre extremely hard to find because a lot of demo derbies have destroyed most them and other GM B-bodied cars. Great car and beautiful!👍👍

Good to know!
The largest American cars ever produced were the 1971-1976 full-size GM products.
WRONG!! They were waayyy larger and longer in the late 50s and throughout the 60s.

That C pillar is certainly questionable design from a safety standpoint. Otherwise neat land yacht.
