      The bear was recruited into the polish army as part of a artillery division. It likes alcohol and cigarettes and during a battle learned too move ammo boxes far quicker than the soldiers themselves could actually move them. So it picked up the boxes instead of the rounds.

      Mansa Musa was from the Mali empire which is technically part of Sub-Saharan Africa and doing a cursory glance, there were a number of empires throughout Africa outside of just the North, and organization of person required effective communication methods so most of the likely had writing systems of their own

    Africa was pretty much just huts before colonialism brought hospitals etc.
    With the exception of Egypt, there were very few large permanent buildings the images shown are mostly generous recreations based off some stones in the ground.
    Also, the sistine chapel is over a thousand years older than any of those structures yet A) it's significantly more impressive and B) it's still standing.
