Hi ! Thank you a lot for the content. One question pas, do we get notification now when a client answer in his portal? (8mn30)

Unfortunately, no you do not get notified nor does the client get notified of anything the owner comments/changes.

@@TheSmarterCreative Any idea how to bypass this problem?

@@YSoum76 I'd use an actual Project Management system. I really like Notion, but others like Trello, Asana, ClickUp and Basecamp - totally depends on what you need from your client! If you truly are wanting to use Dubsado for a Project Management tool too, consider using forms as different steps so you do get alerted when a client completes their information.

@@TheSmarterCreative The only reason why i want to use Dubsado is for the template by mail which leads to buy. I don't want to sell directly on my site (also love invoice + payment). So i guess i'll have to use it.
Thing is i am in event planner business, and sometimes, for the same client, (and i have not only 1) i have to send through mail, or post office, only after the sent me the infos, etc. So it's hard to keep tracking all of them.
Kinda lost, but i'll check on what you suggested me. Thanks a lot!
