I have now watched some of your videos after UA-cam recommended them to me and I wish to say thank you and keep up the good work! Your videos about nonduality are interesting and helpful and they tackle a lot of same ideas and concepts that have been on my heart lately. You seem passionate and true to yourself, which is inspiring!
Wow thank you for such a beautiful comment, my passion is non-duality and have always wanted to talk about this and share it in a down to earth way, I’m so happy you and others are finding value in these teachings which are such a treasure for those who are ready for them 🙂
Love the video man, such great and passionate teaching. Thank you. I will re watch it. Just one thing " Santa Clause isn't real" darn : ) much love and Happy Christmas
Come on .... there is no God. There is just consciousness _ no beginning - no end - fed by pure Intelligence using its infinite programming. Prayers or sheer power of Will can manipulate this whole programming and the results are often amazing. Any God dies together with his devotee.
I get a great laugh from those comments. It's actually the most amazing thing. It's like my parents when they kept telling me those ice-cream stores only hurt kids that go in there. It was so funny the day they finally told me that they'd been a little bit lying the whole time. They had to get the security guard to help get me out of there.
Right at the start of the video, you completely misinterpreted Christianity. Maybe there's people who do that or believe it's a collective purpose - but not the mainstream view of Christianity, nor from any clear reading of scripture. The purpose is clearly mentioned. You clearly don't know what Christianity is. What Jesus asked the disciples to do is not what you were asked to do - or did Jesus tell you to do that?
Hi there, I grew up Christian, we were part of a converting organisation, they would say Mark 16, verse 15 and 16 was the basis for doing this. My current partner is Christian and it’s such a beautiful path and I fully support her, but was ultimately not for me. You are right not all Christians preach as I mentioned briefly in this video. The example was used to say that Advaita Vedanta doesn’t attempt to convert at all and the reason for that as they are coming from a different spiritual angle. In any case, wishing you all the best. 🙂🙏
@@PracticalDailyWisdom Here is what the fav browser says: Worshiping God: Living a life as an offering to God Sharing the Gospel: Sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with others Growing closer to God: Striving to live a life where you walk with God daily [should be constantly] Denying sinful desires: Walking in the spirit, in the truth, and light of Christ. Door 3 is the The Way. John 15:26. I'm sorry for misled church goers and the deceptions applied to them. The words of Jesus are like basic math - religion is full of people who never could apply basic math into themselves but want to apply calculus to you. It is great if a person wants to share The Gospel, even preach, as it says for the disciples. But the disciples had just witnessed Jesus coming back from the dead. I think it's great for people to give their testimony, those with a testimony of witnessing God. In Mark 16, Jesus was asking for them to give their testimony in Christ. Few will give their knowledge about God, most don't have anything to give testimony about and so incorrect preaching is widespread.
I believe you were trying to remember Meister Eckhart von Hochheim (c. 1260 - c. 1328), a German Catholic priest who espoused meditative techniques similar to Dharmic practice and was convicted of heresy posthumously by the Roman Pontiff. In my youth, he was widely believed to have authored the later 14th-c. contemplative treatise "The Cloud of Unknowing," but subsequent scholarship now assigns that work to an anonymous English monk (clearly conversant with Ekhart's ideas) - which is sensible, since the Church continued condemning the practices in them as heretical until the reign of John Paul II. When I read the book, many years ago, I spent the whole time thinking to myself he must have somehow been exposed to the Buddhist canon or Patanjali and the Principal Upanishads.
@@PracticalDailyWisdom It was an interesting read - and a sobering example of how off-balance the Abrahamic traditions have been over the centuries. Forever trying to squeeze Omnipresence into a rigid, acacia-wood box.

Simplicity of your message always amazes me! Love your brother!
So happy to hear! I think about this stuff a lot and try to be clear with the message I’m trying to get across 🙏🙂
Once a devotee asked Ramana what is god. He answered “what is, is god”
Wow great quote! Never heard that one before.
That's great, totally agree
One of your best videos. Neo-Advaita teachers have this concept all mixed up. Thank you ❤
Thank you so much, I enjoyed making it 🙂
Posting this on an argument against the existence of god.

Haha but I want to believe! 😂😂😂
Happy Christmas too 🙂🙏
Solute to everyone.
My question :God vs Creator?
Any thoughts?
Appreciate all responses, no arguments please, we all can share and learn ..,
Thx
Thanks for saying so! But I'm definitely NOT (ANY) GOD.
😆 🤣 😂 😅

Agreed my friend …

Yes you are and no you are not. You need this type of wisdom to feel within yourself, hearing of it is not enough, literally feel it.
So true! Until it becomes a feeling you won’t get the full benefit of the teaching 🙂

PDW has no clue as what he is talking about.
I agree! at the very least my video gave you a chance to point out my ignorance about life
😂😂😂
Have a good day all the same 🙏

Ah Yes! Meister Eckhart that’s the one, thanks for reminding me and for more interesting information about his life 🙂
