I also have a thing with fainting and it did happen when i started eating healthier, not necessarily vegan. I am vegan now, and still get that fainting feeling sometimes but usually it has to do with the salt content that you are consuming, maybe you are not getting enough? Also, getting up too quickly can add to it. Hope this helps!

I feel you on the fainting! I’ve fainted quite a few times in my life. The last time it happened a few years back I fainted while out on my own and collapsed in the street. I have a lovely scar on my head to remind me of the day 😒 very scary shit to go through
I've had very spoiled pet chickens for three years now. They are precious. If you do end up adding egg back into your diet definitely make sure they are coming from someone that treats their chickens well.

a little late to the party but maybe something else you could try to help with the fainting.
I've been vegan for 3 years now and talked to a lot of other people who were transitioning (first of all great job, I'm so happy to hear you want to be vegan!)
A lot of times people think they eat enough concerning the volume of foods but end up not eating enough calories. You seem to be eating a lot of whole foods which is great because they are super healthy for you, but you need to eat bigger portions to compensate the lower caloric density. So maybe that's already the solution to the problem, definitely worth a try right? If you're feeling too full, eating more full meals throughout the day, or drinking fruity smoothies might help:) good luck making the full switch, this is so amazing and I loved following your progress in the last years:) Have a great time at your internship!

Try tracking everything you eat for a few days with Cronometer. This made it really easy for me to see what I was lacking nutritionally even when I thought I was eating healthily.

Hey, Lindsey! Did the doctor determine why you have fainting spells? I had those early this year and had to go to the hospital too. Found out I'm anemic and hypoglycemic. Anemia (which causes my spells) was from my lack of iron because I'm vegetarian. Maybe you need more iron too?

with regards to veganism and fainting, i completely get it! i’m extremely prone to fainting and for a while there was fainting multiple times a year. i’ve now been vegan for a little over a year and have not fainted once! i would definitely encourage you to track what you eat using chronometer (or another similar app/website) to make sure that you’re getting all your nutrients. a well planned vegan diet can 100% be healthy for everyone, although i COMPLETELY understand prioritizing your own short term health! i’d be happy to answer any questions but i’d also recommend consulting with a plant based doctor. i hope you can make a vegan diet possible as it truly is the most sustainable and healthy diet long term!

I used to have fainting issues but I now eat prune extract every day and now it’s gone. I’m not sure will this help u or not, but please give it a go for your health. ♥️
this is going to be the weirdest question but do you find that lash extensions are kinda...idk...addictive? like once you got them you prefer the way you look with them so you feel like have to keep getting them? idk my biggest fear is that ill feel bald without lash extensions once i start getting them...
yes hahaha but I eventually got used to myself without lashes after having them for a few months
