That's pretty slick. I wish that I could still handle folders well but just don't have the dexterity in my hands anymore. Too many old hand injuries and starting on joint/tendon issues. Have to stick to edc fixies these days.
Sorry I understand I am right handed and got the tip of my pointer finger chopped off last year over a petty argument and my favorite mordax knife is a flipper I may have it modified.
@@sterlingstoots3215 Once you get used to pocket fixie's you'll come to prefer them. Check out the Esee Izula 2 and the Creely Mako. I used the Izula 2 in appendix carry for several years after almost losing half my index finger to a Cold Steel XL Vaquerro closing unexpectedly. Luckily the bone stopped it and I didn't get tendon damage so I used the Izula for a few years, great knife. Then a year and a half ago I upgraded to the Creely Mako in magnacut for daily use on a small ranch. I love the Mako, in all that time of daily use I've only had to resharpen it once after trimming some wires and a monthly strop. The handle is weird looking but once you give it a try it just melts into a medium to large hand. I've even put away my assisted openers and otf's other than keeping one on my desk as a letter opener. I use larger fixed for other tasks but those small fixed cover 95+% of my needs.
The knife is nice but I like the bandana more then the knife.

I got mine just the other day. Its beautiful. The roller bearings are a bit stiff at first but break in surprisingly well.

How come 99% of titanium knives are frame locks… frame locks are the second most failed lock, second only to liner / button locks… yes , I know people won’t really hard use a titanium framed knife but the cost ratio to say an axis style lock is much different, when it comes to milling a frame and it be bulletproof….to put the cherry on top, and yes it would be more expensive, but make all the hardware out of titanium… the springs, crossbar and liner system… then you can use a less thick frame and amount of total titanium.
because most folding knives are not used as hard use, they are used as a cutting tool so the lock is durable enough for the most, and its an easy lock for companies to get right however theres a lot of locks out there today
Jared, it not you or others I follow, I appreciate all you do for our knife community... It's hard times, I like hard use budget knives.. and some of the manufacturers are spiting themselves because of the Mark up on knives in a hard economy. Give me a rat 1 with D2 , sr1 lite or a 14c28n raccoon , I'll beat at the snot out of them, not break my bank and still have a working knife in the end.
