Powerful one this Billy fucking hell. Used round the city centre from 2003-2005. Earn some dough, shoot the langey, score, speedball in the bushes, repeat. Managed to get into Barley wood in 2005 and left it behind me, this just brought it all back and I'm feeling grateful.
Sometimes people have dark pasts and have suffered abuse. The drugs numb the pain and trauma. It’s not as easy as you think otherwise I’m sure they would just say no.

Im 71 and have had the best years of my life since being sober in spite of some family deaths etc. A psychiatrist said,one of the reasons the addicts keep using is due to the fact that they can’t see life can be good off the drugs…very sad life and few people interested in these people…

Hi billy its the same in my area to im sure u could get way back if u wanted it i was only 14 going into places were there was marches going on pusher pusher out out i was still able to get it of one of the fellas in the march thankfully that not my problem but drink is billy im getting help for that im a lucky one with a roof ive been to a lot of places when i was a functional addict that i give thanks for cheers billy these bring up memories 😊

You know what Billy I've never been a racist person regarding the colour of people's skin but when you see all the illegal immigrants coming over on boats and getting put straight into 5 star hotels been given brand new bicycles , mobile phones, all of their meals for nothing , then you see our own people getting basicly thrown in the bin with no help whatsoever it makes you so f'n angry , Remember Billy i told you that if you ever wanted to see the truth I would show you the truth , well I'm going to London in 12 days I'm taking some of my photographs to galleries and auction houses in London , if it goes well and the response I have got back from some of these people I have no doubts , I'm going to help you to try and sort something out for the people of Liverpool. Coming up to nine years substance free ,the biggest thing I learnt after doing a awfull lot of work on myself ,was CHOICE ...I now CHOOSE NOT TO USE ....and that is all substances i can not use successfully so I don't use at all 💙

I remember bumping into an old mate in town once about 98-2002 who was living rough, he was in a bad way, he needed to sort himself out so gave him 20, went with him upto some old school up everton brow way, what I seen that day I'll never forget, some lad with a fist sized hole in his shin- manky as fck and it stank!! And he was tryna hit up, he pulled the pin out and blood was squirting about a metre, he said he'd hit a pulse or summat and couldn't inject there?? The crap he was tryna put in himself went solid somehow and he was in tears cos he'd lost his fix- wasn't arsed about his manky leg, more bothered about his fix.
I absolutely detest people who name call, judge or are just downright disrespectful to these people, ive had angry words with one specific prick in work who chooses to refer to these people as "bag-rats", any one of us could have ended up like this via a chance encounter with a nonce in childhood or many other circumstances/turmoil outside of a young persons control

I been on pipe I stopped when the money ran out it was hard as fuck plus I was on heroin 20 years ago I had 2 naltrexone implants, my dad made me take a naltrexone tablet once when I had been smashing it for a couple of days, rips it straight out of you it’s horrible
When I got a habit in 91’ I was told 80% carry on until they die, 15% do the giro junkie thing, off & on again. And only 5% get clean & stay clean. Those are some dogshit odds.
