Great work. Consider using an actual 360 degree belt in further iterations. The buckle is great, but the utility packs and pieces in between them detract from the other work you've done. If those packs were made of cotton / nylon / gore tex, it would be more aesthetically pleasing and perhaps more functional and purposed. I'm thinking a blaster holster and a lightsaber holster/sheathe/loop-thing. Since it's an Acolyte, he might still carry a blaster. Anyway that's the only criticism I can give, and there you have it. I see someone else pointed this out but wanted to further elaborate on the detail.
I hope you do full Shae Vizla armor after you complete this project.

Michael Beckstead Thanks for the comment. I considered fabric pouches for this costume, though since no exact pouches like this exist in real life, to maintain accuracy to the reference material, I would have needed to make them myself. There comes a point in each build where you have to decide how much time and resources (budget) you want to dedicate to each piece, and how you want to balance function, authenticity and aesthetics. I decided that making the pouches out of fabric and functional was not necessary to the overall success and performance of the costume, much like it was not necessary to make the belt buckle functional, or make the belt 360 (given that the character has a robe that never comes off).
I can see how this assembly looks incomplete, however it was never designed to be worn by itself, but to be used as a piece in a larger costume. Have a look on my website, mynocksden.com to see photos of the said completed costume.
Oh, and on the finished costume, I have a clip attached to the webbing on the side to clip the lightsaber to via D-ring on the pommel; though again, this piece is not seen in reference material nor on my finished costume since it's completely covered by the robe. No blaster though!
As for Shae Vizla armor, that is in the works! :)
