Tried to get this video out hours ago but ran into some Adobe technical difficulties.😬
Lita is a legend in the ASMR world and this video compiles her greatest massage clips. Most of the videos on their channel are extremely short so we had to remedy that. Did my best to enhance the audio for ASMR. Her voice is absolute butter! Hope you enjoy!

This is so much better than the whispering today. I wish people would learn to use their voices like this, rather than those annoying whispers that actually have a reverse effect and wake me up. Nothing beats a nice, relaxing voice.

Lita isn't even trying to sound relaxing she's just naturally talking, however titled asmr dedicated channels do it as a job and thus are too forced doing it deliberately for some reason
There's a difference between whispering and soft spoken, though.
Before the whispers, before the binaural mics, and before the endless channels,

Before there cringey post millennials with half their chest hanging out in the thumbnails doing awful whispering... there was lita. Such a natural delivery

there are still some who make videos in this style - Chili B ASMR for example. No cringey thumbnails and they even intentionally use a poor quality mic/camera so that it feels like these older more natural ASMR videos @@NegotiableHemingway

One of my first was the chaos theory scene from Jurassic Park. One day as I was trying to get my tingles, I decided to look up what the tingles even were. So glad I did. I'm glad to have another video to add to the list
Before gentlewhispering or any of the ASMR channels these days there were a handful of Lita’s videos that I would watch. There were not loops either. I made a playlist and added the video over and over again until it was a list with like 50 of the same video, so I could tap the playlist and have it play all night lol. Thank you for finding her and sharing her videos again!

Yes! I did the same! I had a major foot and leg surgery about 13 years ago and I made a whole playlist of Lita’s videos to help me relax and deal with all the pain. Her healing is present through her words. So I can imagine her hands are simply magical to help heal people 🥰

I used to watch Lita religiously every single night to help me fall asleep back when I was pregnant in 2010 and now my daughter and I listen to Lita whenever we can. I hope wherever Lita is in the world she is safe and well. Tysm for compiling all this together you are incredible 😊
Apart from being one of the original ASMR artists - back in 2009/10 when it was still called ”whisper videos” or ”soft spoken” - she was also one of the first to prove to me that unintentional ASMR is superior to regular ASMR. After she got more attention a lot of people told her they loved her voice and wanted her to ditch the massage and do a pure whisper video. She complied and it was way worse than her regular videos. Instead of her normal voice she sounded artificial, strained, weird and had a lot of really sharp sounds. It showed to me how much more relaxing it is to just listen to someone who has a soft voice talking normally and not artificially try to make their voice sound soft. Lita’s normal voice is fantastic and is still, to this day, one of the most relaxing in this whole community.

Lita was my introduction to ASMR back in 2007. Idk how my sister found her but when I got a listen- I started using Lita’s videos to go to sleep at night.
I just melted when she said "warm it up in a pan"...
Cool to see so many people that listened to Lita's videos back in the days. It was actually a time before ASMR was a thing. I never listened to tapes or recordings for relaxation before that, but after Lita's videos I always put on some type of ASMR/relaxing video when going to bed.
This woman got me into ASMR well over 10 years ago.. thank you Lita.

Probably voice recorded afterwards, great detail. I struggle with bad leg pains after long shifts and restless legs at nighttime I’ll definitely get my wife to see if she can apply some of these methods of massage. (If I can stay awake with this video playing )

Massageclips exploded just before Whisperinglife started her vlog. - perhaps around 2008/9? This was ASMR before it was ASMR.
I noticed they recycled a bunch of footage over the years. I had to check multiple times to make sure I didn't repeat any footage (well more than intended).
I remember seeing Lita in UA-cam videos so long ago I thought she looked like a kindly old lady. Now I’m thinking about dating her
