The amount of love and care he put into this every year is something that I want to strive for for that I personally care about. (It even released at 9:21 west coast time).
Sept. 21st was my dad's birthday, but he passed away last summer. I sent him the first 5 of these each time they came out, but I missed seeing this one last year because I was dealing with some... feelings. Coming back to this today is the true meaning of bittersweet. I'm glad I had a "new" one to see on this day, but knowing this is the end is never easy. Thank you for making these Demi. They mean so much more than I think you understand.

Despite it being sad that this is the last one I think the magnitude of this video makes up for it and is a perfect send off to the series of videos. I only wish that there was a way to come back once a year, even if there is no extravagent video, in order to raise money for charities like it's being done here and years before. I think if just that could still be done every year it'd be perfect.

Some of its self imposed but the internet can be ruthless with these things if “they dip in quality” or it seems like “he doesn’t care anymore.” Sometimes it’s better to end things early while the passion and drive aren’t gone.

My husband and I got married on 9/21 (in part because your videos bring us so much joy and we though it'd be funny) and we're also wedding photographers so every single time this song comes on (we basically hear it every weekend) we only sing the OG warped version. I just drove 12 hours from Virginia to Memphis on Sep 21 helping my disabled mother clean out her home to move to Memphis to be closer to family and the first thing I did when I made it home was look for this video! What a great tribute to a great band this has been and bummed it’s ending but so happy to have shared this journey with you Demi! 💜
