Prime Minister Gonsalves expresses condolences to the Manning Family

The Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, the Honourable Ralph Gonsalves, expressed condolences to the family of the recently deceased Former Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, Mr. Patrick Augustus Mervyn Manning at the 37th Regular Meeting-Conference of Heads of Government of CARICOM yesterday (Monday 4th July, 2016).

Mr manning will always be second best prima minster he will surely miss. He would arrangements better than mr. Rowley. May he rest in peace
