      thanks for your comment 🙏🙏🙏 yeah there are 1000 ways for sharpening our tools... i need for the straight edges of tools flat stones... for round knives I don't flatten the stones that much! 👍😅

    How exactly do you keep the stones flat?
    Bc of budget reasons I just started out with a synthetic stone for sharpening my tools and trying to keep it flat with an afaik flat ceramic floor tile and sandpaper, but somehow everytime i sharpen a tool, it never feels like it grinds evenly :/

      a flat stone is essentially .. so best and easiest way I keep my stones flat is using a atoma diamond plate. ... for more precision u can buy a extra thick aluminium steel or glass plate and glue the single atoma sheets on it. (like mine plate)... i hope i could helped u... dont be shy and ask pls

    Make that knife a little dull, then sharpen it and cut paper. Enjoy !!
