I too will be replacing my passenger side mirror soon, and this video, in addition to your door panel video, seems to make the process pretty clear-cut. Once finished, if it goes anywhere close to as smoothly as this video depicts, you've got yourself a new subscriber.
I have to say thank you. I found so many videos to understand what I need to prepare for and your two videos to remove the door panel and to remove and reinstall the mirror were so detailed. Thank you. I'll let you know later how my repair went.
Just wanted to thank you, not only for this video, but also for the door panel removal one... I was messing with my radio and clipped a construction barrel (breaking my mirror)... $160 later and thanks to you and MOPAR, my baby has a new perfect match mirror. Only thing I would add for other viewers is if you have fat/big hands... all of this is MUCH harder than you make it seem in your video! = : )
wow man.. you made that so freaking easy! i had to replace my driver side view mirror that somebody hit while it was parked. got one off ebay and followed your instructions. thanx.. im from bergen county as well.. EZ.. Great tutorial.
You're getting me excited for my car. I've been getting ideas watching a lot of your videos for my challenger. I have 2 more years and 1 more month to go until I get it. Thanks for all the helpful videos.
Thanks for this and the door card video. The RH side mirror on my '17 SRT needed to get replaced. Was able to find a used one in the same color and your videos will help me get it installed correctly. Well done.
So how did you unlock the door because I misaligned my panel and undid the door handle screw and now my car won’t open, I plugged the handle in and it locks and unlocks but the inside won’t open at all on the passenger side
I never new you wrapped up scat. Thats not easy and u did a awesome job. It looks unbelievable i steer people towards u all the time. Keep up the great work
Is there anyway i could get your help with installing a new mirror? I’m in NJ I’m trying to do it myself by watching your videos but I’m nervous. I’m in central nj.
Hey man is there a way to tighten that side mirror without removing the panel? My passengers side seems a little looser that the driver side when I put it up and down. Thanks!
Looks like you're doing a great job.Just not sure why you went with the battleship gray.I think if i was going to go to all that trouble I would have went with a more eye catching color. Just my opinion keep up the good work.
Thanks man, I love the gray color and the material was a good start for a beginner. IF I do it again I agree something more out there, the issue was all of the color shift or more intense vinyls were very difficult to work with. So I needed to start here and learn the techniques with something that would give me good results.
What part of new Jersey are you in im from new York I have a white challenger with black stripes and black rims I think I saw you at a color light but only realized after
Nice video! I had to do this to have a shop repaint my drivers mirror after hitting it against the floor jack arm. :( You know, that rough knurled texture that gives you a good grip on the bar? Yeah, that does not do well against paint. Note, water pipe insulation works great to cover key parts that may tough body parts. Anyway, interested on seeing how you do the front bumper. The shop that did mine for the clear bra, had several relief cuts but i guess you have no choice.
Clear Bra is thicker and not as pliable as Vinyl. With the clear Bra especially a good protective one, sometimes seams and relief cuts are required. Hopefully they did a good job making them less noticeable. I've got my bumper planned out with no cuts, lets hope I can pull it off.
Hi, thanks for this instruction, gonna need this when i have to replacemy mirrors. My SXT PLUS has the mirror's 'glued' on after somebody was so nice to break them. Now i am searching for used mirros, that are heated and have the blind spot option. Can not find them (location Netherlands). Do you know if i could fit the glass etc from my current mirrors in a housing of a mirror dat does not come with blind spot option ? That would make my search easyer. Thanks !
The mirror faces pop off and I'm assuming you can disassemble the inner housing and move the parts and wiring to a new mirror. I've never done this before though sorry.
Love the videos man. I'm sorting through colors to wrap my car but these videos help a lot with what I'm going to need to do once the color comes in. Where did you buy your wrap from?
No man the person is not an a** I am incredibly impressed of their ability to Thumbs down every one of my videos within the first few hours of posting. I think that type of dedication to WorkPlayDrive is pretty impressive. (seriously I"m not being sarcastic either...) It's been going on so long I look for it now :)

Just using a small socket and some painful 😓 wrist flexibility

Thank you!, it was not easy, but I'm very happy with the experience and how it turned out.
Is the process any different for the driver side & did you have to take the window out?
Thank you your video helped me so much really detailed
Glad to help
Hello can you post a vid on how to remove / replace gear shift bezel assembly? Thank You
You can find that in my Barton Shifter install video ua-cam.com/video/Ue6nFhkKF0I/v-deo.html
You didn’t show how you got the bolts out or what tools you used for it. I’m stuck! 3:45
I used a standard socket 1/4 drive. The bit was a 10mm I believe
Dude thank you for asking
Great in depth video! Where did you order the mirror from?

Thank u appreciate this video helped me a lot
Hello where did you get you replacement mirror
Great video as usual, bruh.....I learn a lot and I apply some of your knowledge on my 16 Scat Pack.
Hopefully you'll enjoy that car for a long while and won't be ripping out your mirror anytime soon :)
Watching this again cause my nuts fell off somehow. Was super scared but know I’m reassured I just need the nuts 🤣🤣
Lol every need some nuts now and again. If they fell off I recommend a little blue loctite to make sure they stay out.
What size socket wrench did you use?

has the mirror in this video also Blind Spot Warning ? because of the 2 connectors
replaying the video in slomo shows a shot that seems to have the aclamation sign in the mirror so i think you have
Yes I have both the heated and blind warning on mine.
