Admiro muchisimo a ABBA, creo que ha sido una de las bandas mas transgresoras del rock, pop y disco. Muchas bandas y muchos musicos le deben repeto. Ellos son los creadores de un sonido unico. ABBA fue la banda con mayor exito en toda America Latina en esos años, como no entrevistarlos, recuerdo su cancion para Navidad la promocionaba canal 13 ESTOY SOÑANDO en Castellano y FELICIDAD tambien de su albun en Castellano, gracias por subir este material, aun se conserva muy bien sonido e imagen.
Creo recordar que Mónica Cahen D'anvers contó que la gestión que logró las entrevistas fue de Buddy y Mary Mc Cluskey. Ellos fueron los que tradujeron los temas grabados al español.
I guess they couldn't afford a translator or subtitles-- it's so distracting hearing her translate while he's trying to talk-- you can tell all 4 members of ABBA felt constricted in their replies, trying to keep them short with time between sentences so she can catch up-- too bad, spoils what could have been an interesting and enjoyable interview.
Well, I'm sure the Spanish-speaking audience appreciates this interview very much. And I'll bet if Benny only spoke Swedish (or some other language you didn't understand), and this host were translating into English, I suspect you'd then characterize it as a very "interesting and enjoyable interview", despite the interruptions. Just a guess.
