J None is singing bass with the Navy choir based in DC. When they see this, I'm thinking that they may do a tribute to Satchmo featuring J. Always enjoy your Voiceplay and Geoff reactions!
Thanks for another VoicePlay reaction to their latest Christmas tune. This is the third time that Layne has arranged this one for VoicePlay over the years. Apparently, they used to perform this live in their pre-pandemic touring days. One of the previous arrangements is on one of their Christmas CDs from that time. Always good to see J. back with the guys. He does a great Louis Armstrong tribute. Layne had a new toy to use for this one...they used a robotic arm with multiple cameras. Eli had to connect his computer with the lighting cues to the robotic arm’s computer to sync everything up. Did you notice that the tree topper is a 3D printed VoicePlay logo? Such a fun video! "Carol of the Bells," Geoff's solo Christmas release (also dropped this month) is awesome; won't be long at all before it tops 1M views on YT. Judging from his album art, the Geoffquakes did some damage! LOL
Fun trivia: They have had that sofa saved for several years, thinking of a Christmas video. Then deciding to give it away in a clearance and after the fact coming up with this video and needing to borrow it back.😅
Definitely very good! Never heard the original, but I have head some Louis Armstrong for sure! And his impression was great!!❤. Loved the song!❤ Thanks Jeffrey!❤
@JeffreyHackReacts You're a great reactor! I'd love to see you do a collab some time with Sir Hairless or Peter Barber or Good Evening Stories, or another great reactor! It's always fun to hear what two different minds get from a VoicePlay video!
Love, love, love this one! So different and jazzy! A very VoicePlayee Santa! Perferct!
Very jazzy and fun 😁

Oooh, I hope you're right! I'd love to hear them do "What a Wonderful World!" ❤💚
They have tried something new for this video. Programmed robotic camera technology (?!)
Have a great festive season!

Such a cool and interesting experiment!

Yes, the Louis Armstrong impression was fantastic 😂 Happy you enjoyed the video, Becki!
This is so much fun - and having the late great Satchmo lending J None his voice for this one (and yes, I know J did this -what a voice!)
😄
I love this one so much! ❤
It's a great production! Glad you enjoyed the video 😊
Very fun remake of a little known classic. Love it! Still waiting for you to react to Geoff's Carol of the Bells. Please react to his editing. Thanks.
Haha, working on it!
Robotic camera synced to track was used to make transitions easier and smoother
Very cool!
J was so good doing the Louis Armstrong tribute ❤
Eli was the voice of Santa at the end. Lol loved him asking about the cookies 😂
