Go Liepold! Fans are waiting to see the JD6 report in 10 months, he has to walk the talk. Enough said about JD6, this program isn't about him but he does take the heat off others maybe that's his role. Concerns are DL and QB, otherwise in Lance we trust... much more fun talking about KU football all year long (been thru sum tough years) RCJH!
1# thing to bring to that game is definitely ear protection. Get the best ear plugs you can. Kelvin Sampson coming back with Houston's 1st visit as a top 5 team? It should be peak Phog noise and they are still holding on to the world indoor decibel record from 6-7 years ago.
That and head to Mass Street for food (or corner a local if you want to try your luck elsewhere). I think Pizza is the only local thing that Lawrence doesnt do at an A+ level.

With a weak schedule, they will need to beat Arizona in the big 12 Championship game to get into college playoff probably.
With a 12 team playoff the loser of the Big12 could potentially sneak in.
Yawn. Does KU even have a stadium for next year?
KU has one of the weakest schedules of all BIG12 teams, extremely lucky. The only games that will be tough are IOwaSt, @ WVU, & @ KState... KU has one of the easiest paths to Dallas. Comparatively WVU plays Arizona, Kansas, OkieST, KState, IowaSt (as well as PennSt & Pitt out of conference).
I believe KU loses to WVU & KState on the road and ends conference play with just 2 losses.
YEAH.... Same can be said about WVUs schedule last year. Probably the reason Neil brown kept his job. He may not be as lucky this year.
Kansas will be watching the BIGXII championship on tv. They are the next Cinci. Have a good 2-3 year run then back down to reality; the bottom of the conference. . . 🥲
Very prophetic. Kansas is not a football school, never will be. Making the playoffs is just a pipe dream.

Nah... Bad take. The last decade was as much of an Anomaly as Snyder's success at KSU was. As long as they don't run their winning coach off they will be successful. KU was dreadful the last decade+ and KSU was as good as they will ever be and KU still has more conference titles.
