As a KU alumni I was absolutely shocked the fumble stood. Very clearly down by contact. Targeting was legit though. A big season for KU recruiting, they need to get 3 and 4 stars that want to start as freshman as opposed to sitting at a bigger program.

@@alexmangrum90 They blew a 38-13 lead and barely won in 3OT to an historically bad team. (Granted, KS did much better this year than they have in quite a while.) And lots of Arkansas fans on threads have stated this is their most embarrassing win.

And despite the worst officiating I have ever seen the Razorbacks still won. Still waiting to see a flag even after the game is well over. Refs need to be held accountable for making some of the worst calls I have ever seen
There is no way that fumble was actually a fumble, but that was absolutely targeting.
That’s not bad officiating. That’s corruption on a level above them. They saw a lot of it happen but knew they needed to make it interesting/entertaining

@@loganleroy8622 not targeting. It was overturned and the Arkansas player will not miss face suspension of the next game in the 2023 and was stated that he should have never been disqualified and the call was wrong per Steve Shaw the national coordinator of officials for the NCAA
@@ROCKHNTR Well, that's based on the opinion of one man who is a gradate of an SEC school, who wrote that statement to recommend that the SEC not enforce the first half suspension of next season. There certainly seems to be an SEC bias in that statement. That officiating crew made many questionable calls, but based on the officials of the game and myself that looked like targeting.
I had Kansas +2.5 on Streak Survivor and didn't bet on this game, but the fumble that sparked the comeback was absolutely rigged. 😂

I’m a fan of a sec team but the SEC is very much top heavy the difference between our top 3 teams compared to other conferences is significant but after that there is not that big of a difference imo
Compared to other power 5 schools
Are 8-4 teams are just about the same as any other 8-4 team
Our 6-6 teams stack up pretty evenly with any other 6-6 power 5 school and usually lose to the best that non power 5’s conferences have to offer

That game had some of the worst refs ever shouldn’t have been close, their O-line was holding Arkansas the whole game and only got called once at the end of the game because it was too blatantly obvious for them not to

10 out of 11 starters on offense are back and 8 out of 11 on defense.
They'll need to shore up some depth at LB and CB out of the portal, but that shouldn't be a problem. They pulled a top 25 transfer class last year.
Arkansas never gets the shine for some reason. KJ made some insane plays and no highlight but Kansas makes a comeback which is insane too but ultimately fell short. It’s kinda always a given now. No Arkansas love from mainstream media.
Arkansas was getting all the love _last year_ until they played Georgia and got stomped. This year they went 3-3, then 5-5, then 6-6 and finally beat Kansas in 3OT. A totally different story from Kansas who finally had a season with more than 2 conference wins and at one time was 5-0.

When I got home from work and turned on the game, the first thing I saw was a replay of a missed pass where the Arkansas player pulled the Kansas player's jersey making him fall and that was the receiver who the ball was being thrown to. No flag. Kansas ended with a FG instead of a TD. That could have been a 4 point swing right there.
I turned this game off because I thought it was over when it hit less than 5 minutes, wish I watched it
