- Attiéké or Acheke has over the last 5 years become one of my favorite meals; thanks to my Ivorian friend who feeds and supplies me. It makes a quick meal, considering that I use premade and frozen attiéké. I normally have my sauce premade and frozen. All it takes most of the time is grilling or frying my fish and slicing my vegetables. Just have some ginger juice or sobolo on hand and you're in good business!
So my sister-in-law noticed my numerous Acheke and fish videos and sent me a huge supply from Ghana and we've been eating some at least once a week. You just can't go wrong with this. Thanks Fremah ❤️❤️

Thank you very much my sister! I have amazing Ivorian friends and every time we’re together we make attieke so I guess they taught me well 🎉🎉❤❤❤

Looks so delicious 😋
Thank you 😊 ❤
Please could you make another one with the yellow version of attieke? I used to eat a lot of the yellow version when I was posted to work in the Western Region of Ghana. Very delicious.
I’ve never had the yellow version but I think my sister-in-law said that had palm oil
You just have to warm up a little palm oil with a pinch of salt and you put your attieke inside.
You will have your yellow version of it.
Simple
