Fantastic to represent other brands like the mahindra, to get to know good alternatives to the expensive Toy's and the others.
Couldn't agree more!
Looking forward to all the improvements Roothy
Roothy.......that Mahindra is going to look mint, any chance of an Overlanding trip vid coming out ? 🤙👍
Love to see it when its done mate and you stay safe and all the best with the new knee and rehab
I wish I had the time and money to do even half those mods to my Mahindra. 2019 S10 Blackhawk Pikup, still stock standard, very little would be able to make me trade it in.
They look good with the flares all round and decals 👌🏾
Cant wait Roothy
How's the wind deflector going
cool
Can't wait to see version 2.0 out on the tracks ... um where should we go mate ... I'm sure there's somewhere you haven't been in this big country of ours :D
Such a big country Dan. Bring your cameras and we’ll find something awesome for sure!
WA trip boys 🤞🏾
I must admit watching you and your new rig makes me almost want one. But whats the cost to get the mahindra set up with out the rooftop tent. And will it tow a 16" foot van ?? Cheers from Tasmania.
Roothy, the numbers on the dyno don't seem right. What power & torque did u get out of it?
i worked on this car while @westpoint
I am looking for something to tow a van around Australia. It's only for 2 people but will need to carry everything. It may or may not go off road but definitely not like the telegraph track. What can the marinara tow, and what modifications would be the best to make?
2.5 ton. Put some extended rear shackles in and wind the front up. Cheap 2 inch lift. Works well
John I’m considering upgrading to a mahindra are you happy with the vehicle so far honesty is what I’m interested in cheers
OK, we've done only 30,000k in the Pik Up but loved every one of them - no problems at all, easy to service and comfortable for long day drives. Wife loves the vision - high seat and big windows. It's currently away getting a canopy fabricated and a repaint as well as a lot of other mods - I wouldn't be doing this if I wasn't planning on keeping it long term, spending almost what it cost again! I've been driving the Scorpio - same motor, but automatic - that was used for cross Simpson and outback testing, it's got maybe 50K plus, and drives brilliantly still - no rattles, although a plastic underguard panel has come loose. The problem is getting the right advice on Mahindras, dealerships are growing rapidly and so mechanics aren;'t always trtained yet - however anyone that's a problem with any new vehicle these days. Good luck and let me know how you go!
1:50 Hey John it's been a while since the last video. How are you 😊
