In this video I will share with you guys the job descriptions of the job positions I applied for here in Cyberbacker as well as the questions that was asked to me by my interviewer plus some of my tips on how you should answer them.

Hi Jen, I got the initial interview today morning it was so quick, even the lady who first greeted us in zoom was shocked that it was too quick, But anyway thanks for your help :)...The most important is I tried.

Could you tell me what questions they've asked during the initial and final interview please?
@@literallysteph1700 Mabilis lang ee kaya di ko masyadong maalala lahat, kasi ung araw na un, 3 interviews sa ibat ibang agency ung inattendan ko. 😅 Pero naalala ko, mga 20mins ako nagwait dun sa waiting room, then mga wala pa atang 10mins ung initia interview.
Tinanong rin ata ung "How do you see yourself in 5 years?". And "What are the skills you acquire from your previous job?".
Mostly ung question nya is mga regarding sa computer specs, internet speed, expected rate, preferred shift etc.
Sa Final interview, ung mas maraming tanong. Halimbawa, what is integrity for you. Tapos if papipiliin ka, anong mas gusto mong power, lumilipad or invicible 😅 Basta act normal lang, mababait naman ang mga interviewer ng cyberbacker, kaya hindi nakakakaba.
Sinasabi rin agad nung inteviewer if nakapasa ka or hindi sa dulo ng interview nila.

@@literallysteph1700 Hi. Yes nakapasa ako. Kakatapos lang ngayon ng orientation namin ng mga nakapasa sa final interview.

Hi Maam , Kaka interview ko lang po nasa cyberbacker follow up na po ako nakalimutan ko kasi name ng interviewer ano pong dapat at pwede kong gawin Maam para Malaman eto at masagutan kopo ung follow up form .

Hi, yes po it's working, though I still needed to use a noise cancelling app para mas mareduce yung background noises po
How do they pay the salary for non filipinos

Hi! Honestly, I didn't pass the cbpa and I mentioned it on my previous video, anyway thank you so much for asking🤗 In my case po, my interviewer told me that I passed the initial interview right after she finished asking me some questions. So before we ended the zoom meeting for the initial interview, I already knew that I passed the interview po. Thank you and Good luck with your application, I hope you pass!🤍

nag-aaccept po ba sila ng part time? marami kasi ako napanood na vlogs na hindi daw sila natanggap ng part timers but last year pa yung vids nila.
Hi! Yes po, they do have part-time po
nagaccept sila part-time pero dapat exclusive kalang sa Cyberbacker.

Hellooo pooo, in my case po kasi after ko masagutan yung Y-assessment may nagappear na lang po sa screen na nakalagay congratulations you've passed ganiyan tas may button na dun sa baba po to proceed with the interview, hindi ko naman po siya nareceived sa email, btw thank you so much for asking din po🤗🤍

I chose to not proceed to the initial interview after ng Y assessment, ilang araw po kaya bago ko mareceive yung invitation link for initial interview?

Sakin po, around 2pm, Aug 15 nagsend ako ng application form and then 11:37pm the same day, nag email na sakin for initial interview. Now, still thinking kung magpproceed ako. Kinakabahan ako hahaha
Ako po kahapon lng nag apply and nag Y assessment tas after few hrs nakatanggap ako agad ng txt with the zoom link for the scheduled interview the following day agad. Need to prepare myself first hoping na makapasa.

Hi po. I just had an initial interview done. And ang tanong lang sakin is kung meron akong back up internet, computer and the info about my equipment. Also I was asked if there's something that would stop me from doing my job. Walang mga questions na tell me something about yourself and follow-up questions. Normal lang po ba na ganun ang set of questions kahit initial interview palang?

Hello miss jen, ive done with y assessment but hindi pa ako nagpa initial interview. My question po, is nakapasa po kaya ako sa y assessment? Since the recruiter po always reminding me via email for my initial interview...nagdadalawang isip pa kasi, baka maligwat sa CBPA, at hindi na makapasok😪..
@@melyvelparagoso4432 Hello po, in my case po kasi after ko magtake ng y-assessment is my nakalagay na po sa screen ko stating that I passed the assessment po, and for me po it is better na po siguro if you take the initial interview na po and after po niyan if nakapasa po kayo sa initial interview saka niyo lang po marereceive yung email for the cbpa, pero if you still need time po to review for the cbpa its okay din naman po, trust yourself po and good luck to your application process! Hoping for best results!🤍
