I'm gonna see Kreator at their only club show in 2024 (happens to be just a 4h drive which doesn't shock me at all). After all I've heard about their performances my expectations are pretty high 😅🤘

Well to be fair remasters always sound inferior especially with the compression
It's probably because Sami, the lead guitarist, wasn't even in the band when Outcast (the album which featured Phobia) was recorded in 1997. He joined in 2001. I personally just prefer the way he plays the lead compared to the studio version.
But I agree: Kreator never dissapoints in live performances!
Lossless version is available on Tidal and with balanced headphones sounds very good and organic
And the original version sounds better
Kreator have never made a bad album. That can't be said about any of the "Big 4". As a result, Kreator is the greatest thrash band ever. That being said, neither Testament nor Overkill have made a bad album either.
Big 4 are big in the USA, not in the world. Who named those big 4? The Big Four of Thrash are Sodom, Venom, Kreator and Destruction.
THIS IS THE FIRST HEAVY BAND I LOVED WAY BACK 30 YEARS AGO .. WHEN I HAD THE ALBUM " COMA OF SOULS" KREATOR IS THE BEST EVER AND WE ARE LUCKY TO HAVE THEM !!!
