    Great review! I recently bought the Sport Touring in late February, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. I'm consistently achieving the projected MPG, which I'm thrilled about. The ride quality is excellent, providing a smooth and enjoyable driving experience. It's worth noting that the Sport Touring received a well-deserved accolade from Kelly Blue Book as the best SUV hybrid in its class. If you're in the market for a new car, this should definitely be at the top of your list.

    hello - how does the ride, handling and cabin noise in this new CRV compare to the Subaru Outback Wilderness you previously reviewed? thanks

    • @viewsonvehicles
      @viewsonvehicles  Рік тому +1

      The CR-V rides and handles better than the Outback Wilderness, no question. Cabin noise is closer, but probably also quieter in the CR-V. It was several months between driving them, so I'm hesitant to judge that one solely off of memory.

    The Lane Keeping is good but odd to me; when your hands are on the wheel, you can feel the system jerking you, subtly but forcefully, into the center of the lane. Sometimes I like to be to one side of the lane or the other, particularly in Californina where motorcycles lane share

    Excellent review! Totally agree that the fake noise and up-shifts take away from the "Electric" feel that I originally bought that exact model for. I wish it could be turned off in the software. And a question ... At 26:00, the 2 amber rear turn signals flashed and looked like LED bulbs. I have only seen incandescent amber bulbs (21W) on the 6th generation, including mine. Is your test car a non-USA model or is there an LED upgrade for the rear turn signals available?

    • @viewsonvehicles
      @viewsonvehicles  Рік тому

      Thank you so much! And glad to hear I have support for my opinion on the manufactured noise and up shifts. To your question, as far as I am aware, it is a US spec car. And the specs only say LED front turn signals, which leads me to believe they are in fact incandescent. I am only guessing here, but perhaps it was the combination of the lighting and my camera settings that made it look a bit different?

    What's the frame tire size on that bike? I want something to hold a bike and I think mine is on the big side - 22 frame 27 wheel so maybe 73 inches long. It is hard to find information on cargo dimensions. Usually what you get from web pages is cubic feet.

      Yes Rav4 hybrid has limited stock so your local dealerships will sell over MSRP guaranteed.
      I just bought the 2023 CRV HYBRID AWD in March & I can tell you that the cabin is way bigger than the Rav4 and has a superior driving experience compared to the RAV4 HYBRID test drove both before making my purchase. I already have 6k miles in it took it too Baja from LA did some off roading with it's still in it's original stock and it's exceeded my expectations.
