I disagree, I've met a lot of asshole owners, but the ones who are really into boats in general and don't do it just to look rich are indeed very decent people. This guy seems like a great example of that

Thanks so much for this video! It completely reinforces my dream of owning a motor yacht. It's not about the "bragging rights" or "Bling" (one of the many pop culture terms that are chasing me OUT of the United States). It's clearly about the idea of a lifestyle that includes a place to be free of the insanity of everyday life and to enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the ocean. As someone who grew up in Southern California, and loved the ocean (but not crowds, sand, traffic, or horrible parking issues), the potential to live that lifestyle, like my life as an artist, keeps me pushing harder each and every day to break through and get to the point where I can own the yacht. Thanks for keeping that incentive visible and REAL. Great video! Be well!

Always enjoy these series of videos…however, for me it’s always better when you can relate to the owner and you certainly can with this guy. Seems a really nice chap and uses the boat to its full potential. Another great Video Nick 👏👏👏

You should make a series of videos of entry level used yachts you can find for people like me who arent super rich but want a nice yacht they can cruise around in and have a modest budget of 400k or less

What a superb video. I love the meet the owner series especially when the owner loves and really uses the boat properly! Great boat too! So usable and great level of comfort and luxury. At the start, I thought the owner was talking about his Princess in the past tense and then because you said you were so taken with it I thought this may be SB3! When the time for SB3 comes along, would a V42 be a contender? Have a great weekend Nick and all your viewers.

There is a man who has pretty much the exact boat, in the exact location and has used it in exactly the same same way I want. T minus 36 months and 2 weeks to get there ! Love these nick, proper boating

This was great !!! I was laughing when you asked him what’s next, because I think the V50 is the perfect boat and Mark basically confirmed that that he feels the same way and the open version is outstanding. And, his boys can get their own rooms.
Excellent video! The V42 is one of the best sizes for a couple or family. Really like the new upholstery, it makes so much for the feeling.

Definitely not much of a tour as much as it was a sit down and have a chat.

All my boating videos are directed every bit as much toward women as men. The reason most Meet The Owners are with men is that it's mostly men that own boats. In 20 years as a yacht broker, I sold three to ladies. My good friend Sue is the most enthusiastic boat owner I've ever met however, and I'm hoping to do a video with her at some stage. Trouble is, she's always out on her boat! 😄
Yes you do. I and my kids esp my 12 year old boy are favorites fans of yours. We watch all your videos together. He really missed that you were unable to do another charter with your family. He was really looking forward to that. Hope you can next summer.

And as others have said the owner in this vlog comes across as a fantastic bloke, and someone who is passionate about his boat and I'm sure would be great company in the pub having a pint.

I really wish when you interview the owner and they talk about something on their boat you would pan the camera to the item they are talking about, he mentioned the nav gear he updated and the fridge and you locked the camera on him, I am guessing you looked at what he is talking about but for us UA-cam viewers it would be nice to see? 👍👍
@Alex …. I agree, although it must be a challenge to capture the owner’s enthusiasm as well as the object of the discussion using a one-camera setup.
