After seeing your work with your puppy here making him so happy. I adopted my own 5 year old traumatized cats who is now happily laying on me purring now, months later. It's a lot of hard work especially with some Heath problems but it was totally worth it.
These video's are all amazingly well produced! Thank you for creating so many, you bring relaxation to the world. I am happy to have found this channel today.
Thank you really. Thanks to your love towards Sound, I really experienced the different dimension of relaxation. Now I get to understand why this type of garden can be a zen.
Susan Ziggyy hey, you‘re watching relaxing videos at least that means you know you need it which is the first step. try to destress in ways you like doing, something that makes you happy. of course if there‘s underlying bigger things you could talk with a therapist if that‘s an option, worked very well for me so far
It's the focus and meditation. If you focus on something small and repetitive, you can start to control your thoughts and emotions. You might also want to think about your mind as a concert hall with a fixed amount of people inside it. The players are your emotions, and the audience are your thoughts. The more players on the stage, the less people you have for your thoughts. The more the audience pays attention to the players; the more the audience gets up and becomes part of the band. You can choose if you want your audience to watch the players. Have them focus on something else, and you can get some of the players to get off of the stage and join the audience.
I saw today I never answered you. My current calmness, my garden and my dog are the result of many tears, depression and thoughts of suicide when I was young. 20 years ago I travelled to India and lived next door to the Dalai Lama for 7 years. Lived in Asia for 11 years and returned to my country to create a small paradise. I dont think I would have reached this phase in my life in my late teens. It is the result of many years experiencing life. I am 54 now in 2019. I have been doing wel for a while now but it took the school of life to get there. I wish you good luck in your search to happiness.
Hi, many compliments for the video of the Zen garden, for the care, the precision and I would dare to say the feeling for the realization. Greetings, Carlotta C.
I am currently, and very slowly, constructing my own Japanese garden. There are so many incredibly brilliant ideas in this video, it's truly amazing! Now, where do I begin to find the large rocks, and I need a lot of them? I really love the vertical structures made out of pavers and bricks. That will be my next addition.
I use a cheep (5 euro for 20 kg 1 to 3 mm) graniterock split that people use to fill up the spaces between garden tiles to prevent weeds from growing. It is nothing special. I can find it in any DIY shop in Europe. I like the finer gravel because it rakes nicely. Larger grit doesnt rake well. Think sand rather than pebbles.

have you already built a garden?
Is this where you live? It's beautiful!
Misha Shivers Yes, this is my home and garden.
Pantau Chan Almost shocking that there should be so much beauty in one place...did you make it all with your own little hands, as the saying goes?
Haha. Yes, there was nothing when I bought the place. See my other video and how it developed from scratch. ua-cam.com/video/ngI10uQ3cYE/v-deo.html

I like how you keep your dog off the gravel
red pill Yes, my dogs very well understand the fine line between My terrritory and Our territory. It doesn't take much training. Perhaps 15 minutes.
I like the Dog
Me encantan tus vídeos. Que maravilla, que paz!
en la simplicidad esta la belleza....

There are ordinairy sidewalk tiles.
aw puppy

Under mandatory isolation I can confirm this video helps.
May I ask you did you buy or make your rakes? If bought can I have the sources?
I made them myself. I dont think you can buy this in a shop.
I live in California and I cant find anything smaller than 3/8 gravel with out going to DG. You got any advice on gravel selection Veronique?

I know the rock you are talking about!! Great thank you so much! Keep up the great videos... I hope to see another year long one soon :)
Is there anywhere better than the Netherlands?
No, it's the best country in the world.
Have you ever considered a Koi pond?
No, never. I think it is a lot of work and far from low budget.
you are beautiful as your life
werdna redyh That's nice. Thanks.
You didn't tell us Spuds MacKenzie would make an appearance!
MilesDei Party hard, party cool, here's our handsome party animal Spuds Mackenzie!

how sweet her dog does not seem to mass up the zen garden...doesnt step over or poo in the zen garden...?!
The dogs are indeed well trained. They understand the concept of MY and THEIR Territory. The gravel is my territory.
