I love your Zen garden! I like watching you working on it, and loved hearing the sounds of nature! When the crash of thunder started sounding, I worried that you and the dog would get wet. The garden with its magnificent acers, the relaxing round stone towers aiming the skies, the bamboo lighting up the space, the blue crystal, the surrounding veranda, your personal touch to it all, the precious dog, the birdies and the hail covering it all up with bold thunders in the background! ;)
I'm gonna be honest with you, I thought you were just using sound bites of stormy weather for dramatic affect..............NOPE. lol 11:22 changes your mind. I've always been intrigued by that particular breed of dog you have since I seen one in a book I read when I was a kid...beautiful dog..

I think I remembering it's one where a boy goes wandering through his families giant garden and I think his imagination takes over and he goes on a mini adventure with his dog...then at the end they come out of the garden...idk...it was a while ago lol
I've heard the name, didn't know where it came from till I just looked it up, but nope that ain't it lol...I'm sure it was a children's book, it's been so long ago and it didn't leave much impact other than the dog and small details that are uncertain lol
Yes, there is no roof over my garden. It drains through normally. On the bottom is a perforated membrane. 1-3 mm natural rock split, light grey when dry, black when wet. Thanks.
john mac I bought them from Nico Strumpel Stones and Tiles in Soest, the Netherlands. I hope this is helpful to you. I am not sure if it is economically interesting for you to import them from Europe and ship them over. It will cost you dearly. Maybe you better find a supplier in your own hometown.

+Marco jordan well, I think zen garden's from Buddhism but I don't think it's really against God. Because if you think this is wrong then meditation which also come from Buddhism is wrong? You can say it's only made you relax. I'm not going against you or anything like that but I need you to clarify about this.
